HVAC / Mechanical Services Designer Required

Plant Room Design

Job Description:
I have a plumbing and heating company based in England and I require an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Services Designer to produce a plant room schematic and pipework specification.
Project details:
* 2 x LPG system boilers
* 1 x unvented hot water cylinder
* Heating system serving approximately 7 underfloor heating manifolds
* Plant room layout
* Full pipework sizing and specification required
Scope of work:
* Heat load calculations (if required)
* Pipe sizing calculations for primary and secondary circuits
* System design and schematic drawing
* Specification of pumps, valves, low-loss header (if required), expansion vessels, etc.
* LPG boiler integration
* Suitable for Building Control approval
Deliverables required:
* Plant room schematic (PDF and/or CAD)
* Pipe sizing calculations
* Equipment specification schedule
The ideal candidate will have experience designing domestic or light commercial heating systems in the UK and be familiar with current Building Regulations and G3 requirements for unvented cylinders.
