DesignBuilder Energy Model Simulation

I’m looking for an experienced DesignBuilder user to run a full simulation and provide the DesignBuilder file (.dsb) for verification.

All key inputs (floorplan, location, construction build-ups, and HVAC system data) will be supplied.

The model setup must be completed entirely in DesignBuilder (not OpenStudio, IES, or other software).

The task is to run the simulation, verify inputs, and provide the DesignBuilder file and results for my review.

I will supply clear details on:

Floor plan and zoning

Construction build-ups

HVAC and ASHP details (from mechanical schedules)

Occupancy profiles and schedules if required

Deliverables:

Completed DesignBuilder file (.dsb)

Simulation outputs (energy use, temperatures, loads, etc.)

Summary of key assumptions

Payment:
Invoice will be released once the supplied DesignBuilder file is received and verified as functional.

Requirements:

Proven experience with DesignBuilder (examples required)

Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings
