I am looking to transfer all my Excel spreadsheets into a CRM system, such as Airtable. While we also use Mailchimp, our primary reliance on Excel is not ideal. I run an events company www.bheventsandexperiences.com and need to manage each event individually. This includes tracking those who purchased tables for events, as well as those who bought auction prizes.

Resizing images

I need to downsize a collection of images for inclusion in various file formats. The images are currently in their original high resolution sizes and need to be resized to 10% of their original dimensions for integration into documents, spreadsheets and presentations. The resized images also need to be placed into specific cells on an Excel spreadsheet Finally, the downsized images require insertion into selected PowerPoint slides for an upcoming presentation. The images are in JPG, so the freelancer needs the technical expertise to smoothly resize images in various formats. Metadata needs to be preserved through the resizing process. Once resized, the images must be carefully inserted into the designated document, spreadsheet and presentation files while maintaining the original layout and design. Kindly provide your rate and estimated timeline to complete this technical imaging resizing and placement project.

New Product Development spreadsheet

I need a spreadsheet developed for tracking costings for development of foods and supplements. I can provide the headers and requirements but it needs to be able to firstly calculate pricing from raw material costs and then track price per dose/ per 100gm and competitor analysis. Data Entry - Football related

I am looking for someone who loves data entry and has a basic understanding of the football leagues around the world. I collect data from football matches around the world. The job is very simple, every day I will send over the data from the previous day. This needs to be added to the master spreadsheet. (Each league has it's own workbook tab) There is also an overview tab which needs to be updated weekly so I can see if the data is matching the numbers I expect to see. The amount of data will vary from 50 rows to 1000 rows depending on the day of the week and time of the year. Ideally it needs to be done every day so the data I see is always accurate. Currently I am working within an Excel Spreadsheet, but I would like this to be moved onto a Google Sheet so somebody with some admin/VA experience and would be at an advantage. It's an immediate start for the right person! Just to test your attention to detail, please let me know your favourite colour in your proposal.

Bulk create 30-40 Instagram reels using Creatomate & spreadsheet

I need someone to quickly bulk create a load of instagram reels for me using a template. Using something like Creatomate or similar. Watch the attached video. It contains 4 x shots including 2 x smoothie recipes where the ingredients fly in and it looks cool. I created it as a template in Canva and was going to use Canva "Bulk Create" feature to bash out 30 or so different reels (same format but recipes and background images would change each time). But Canva kept crashing. Creatomate would do the trick but I don't have time to acquaint myself with interface and set up the template. I have a spreadsheet containing all the data fields (customer name, smoothie ingredients etc.). See attached. You'll see that each row represents a single reel i.e. all the fields required to generate a reel identical to the attached. With this spreadsheet I need someone to: 1. Generate AI images for each recipe based on examples attached 2. Bash out a template in Creatomate (or whatever would do the job) to replicate the attached video 3. Run the automation to generate the reels This is a 30min-60min job for someone who knows what they're doing. And can READ THE BRIEF.

Export data from excel to MySQL

Power BI report to replace a current Excel report

We want to upgrade an existing report which is run in Excel to Power BI. The data is coming from our Epicor ERP system which is linked to Power BI via a Dataflow. See the existing design of the report in the attachments, we would want to match this but make it fully refreshable and live, and to be able to move customers around between groups without causing problems. Some of the budget data may be held in a Sharepoint site but all the actual data will be held in Epicor. We will start by creating one for one of the reps and then copy this for the other reps. More detail including field names etc will be shared by our in hour ERP technician.
