I’m looking for someone to create a customisable and user-friendly deal analyser tool for property purchases.
We currently use a basic spreadsheet to track costs like purchase price, refurbishment, bridging finance, solicitor fees, etc. I’ve attached our current version so you can get an idea of how things are structured.
However, I’d like to take it further – ideally, the new spreadsheet should:
• Be fully customisable per deal
• Include detailed financial breakdowns
• Automatically calculate total costs, finance charges, ROI, and profit
• Be clean, intuitive, and easy to update
