Muhammad’s work has been outstanding from start to finish.

He originally built our Google Sheets automation and it’s been running solidly ever since. When some new data formats started causing script errors, he jumped straight in, identified the issue quickly, and rewrote parts of the logic to handle the new alphanumeric cost centres perfectly.

What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail as the project evolved. There were a lot of moving parts such as new booking reference logic, historic data inconsistencies, and extra validation rules and he handled every change calmly and methodically until everything was spot-on.

Communication was clear, updates were always prompt, and he never once left a question unanswered. I completely trust his technical judgement and really value how easy he is to work with.
