Hi,
Please see attached files. (Since PPH dont except CSV files hence i have converted them into excel. but originally the call logs are in csv format.)
1st screenshot - sample of what we want on the dashboard.
2nd file - Raw Call data log file
The Call log file is what we download every day or week or month.
This file includes incoming and outgoing calls made by our sales agent and a lot more info.
We need a report/dashboard that will show a quick overview agent wise for:
1)total calls made (inbound/Outbound)
2)total talk time duration (inbound/Outbound)
3)total calls over 3 mins
4)total call percentage per agent
and anything else that your expert opinion can think we should have that will allow us to monitor our agents productivity efficiently please suggest.
We would then want to use this same dashboard every time we want to have a look at this data for a specific day or month by simply uploading the raw call logs that we have for a particular day or week or month.
