Scope of Work You will design an 8–12 page digital planner that includes: Interactive checklists Editable tables (budget, RSVP, tasks) Timeline / progress tracking A collaborative photo upload section (Google Drive / Dropbox link + QR code) Clear, scrollable mobile-first layout Deliverables Editable Canva link (primary deliverable) Mobile-friendly PDF export Optional: Google Sheets templates (budget, RSVP, timeline) Basic style guide (fonts, colours, icons) Marketing mockups (phone / tablet views) Design Style Clean, modern, premium Fun and celebratory but not overly feminine No pink Minimalist illustrations / icons (no stock photos inside the planner) Mobile-first, scrollable design Usability inspiration: Clever Fox planners (structure and clarity only, not visual copying).
