Hotel Partnership Lead List Builder

Hi! I’m looking for a detail-oriented researcher to build a clean, accurate contact list for London boutique hotels (3–5 star) for partnership outreach.

Important: This is NOT scraping. I only want publicly available contact details that are clearly listed on official websites or reputable business listings.

Scope

Build a list of 300 London boutique hotels (3–5★).

For each hotel, collect:

Hotel name

Area / neighborhood

Website URL

Best public contact method (priority order):

Partnerships / Sales / Groups email

Reservations / Front desk email

If no email: contact form URL

Source URL where the email/contact info is shown

Notes (optional): “email hidden”, “contact form only”, “group sales available”, etc.

Deliverable

CSV or Google Sheet with columns:
Hotel | Area | Star Rating (if available) | Website | Email | Contact Form | Source URL | Notes

Quality rules

Every email must have a source link.

No guessing, no “info@” if it’s not shown publicly.

Deduplicate entries, consistent formatting, and double-check spelling.

Bonus (nice to have)

Add decision-maker contacts if publicly listed (Sales Manager / Events / Partnerships).

Tag hotels by type (boutique, design, luxury, townhouse, etc.).
