I’m looking for a talented long-form YouTube video editor to work with me on an ongoing basis as I grow my YouTube channel and personal brand. My content is personality-led and covers areas including 4x4 builds, lifestyle, gym and behind-the-scenes content. I’m not simply looking for someone who can cut footage together. Christmas mini photo shoot - 'in the box'

I'm about to start shooting Christmas mini photo shoots in the style of 'in the box' I'm looking for an editor who can skilfully add the photos into grids of either 4x4, 3x3 or 4x2 (for Facebook banners) Pictures provided will be pre-edited for light adjustment/blemish removal. I have attached samples of how these will arrive to you. Video Editor Needed – Professional E-Learning / Training Videos We are looking for an experienced video editor with e-learning, corporate training or online course experience to edit a series of 5 professional training modules. The presentations have already been professionally designed and recorded using PowerPoint Cameo. We are not looking for the slides to be recreated or redesigned. The PowerPoint presentation can be exported directly as an MP4 and used as the basis for editing. What we need We want to transform the existing presentation into a polished, engaging online learning experience. Editing will include: *Integrating the presenter naturally into the main screen rather than leaving them permanently in a small corner box. *Using different layouts where appropriate, e.g. presenter on one side with key content on the other. *Occasional highlighting/animation of important points as the presenter discusses them. *Relevant graphics, icons or simple visual elements to reinforce key topics. *Subtle movement and visual changes to maintain engagement. *Clean, professional transitions. *Ensuring the presenter/voice remains correctly synchronised with the presentation. *Professional audio treatment. *Music for the opening and closing, with smooth fades and occasional use for major transitions rather than continuous background music. We do not require every bullet point or slide to be animated. We are looking for thoughtful visual emphasis at appropriate moments throughout the training. The finished videos should feel like a professionally produced online course, not simply a PowerPoint presentation with a webcam recording in the corner. This is actually one of our more difficult properties to edit, so it should be a good test for more work - a lot more SNEAK PEEK Please use the shorter clips only, generally around 2–3 seconds per shot. You don’t need to use every clip—usually 2–3 clips from each room is enough. Please keep the video moving through the property room by room in this order: Exterior Living room Kitchen Utility — feel free to leave this out as it is small and dark Office Sun room Main bedroom — the room with the glass wardrobes Bathroom Second bedroom — the child’s room Garden Please do not use the DJI introduction clip in the sneak peek. WALKTHROUGH Use the DJI clip for the introduction. We had to film this property room by room because of some of the belongings lying around. Usually, we can film the walkthrough with a more continuous flow. Most shots finish facing towards the door to make it easier to transition naturally into the next room. After the DJI introduction, the walkthrough begins in the hallway and then moves into the living room. Please follow the same room order listed above. If you feel we are standing outside speaking for too long, you can extract the audio from the introduction and begin showing the interior while the introduction audio continues. Use whichever option you think produces the best result. EDITING STYLE Please keep the edits clean, natural and tidy: No captions or on-screen text No additional B-roll No transitions or flashy effects No AI- at all A slight filter is fine—we normally use approximately 50% intensity when editing in CapCut Standard colour correction, stabilisation and noise reduction are fine We will share a drive for a trial run - it will be paid if good and can have a lot for at £8 per video.

Ghost write/edit final draft of evaluation report.

I have a completed rough first draft of an evaluation report that already contains all content & analysis and is largely structured as it should be. I have used AI to pull it together, using written material and analysis I have previously produced for this project, and have since done a second pass to refine it a bit. My normal next step would be to now go through it again and re-write it up properly and humanly - removing/with no AI writing, removing repetition across and between sections, verbosity, and generally fine-tuning the content as well as structure/flow within each sub-section. Through this process, I am aiming to reduce the word count from approximately 16,000-18,000 to approximately 10,000-12,000 I am looking for someone with writing experience to take over this final step and to ghost-rewrite this report in terms of those aspects mentioned above. However, it would be a bonus if you also have experience in evaluation and/ or research in fields such as social science, business or health because I am open to more substantive revisions in terms of the content.
