Building Control approval layout drawing amendment
We need a designer that can amend an existing DWG layout of a retail shop layout indicating some partition construction notes and layout changes. We currently show 2 options for the fitting room layout but need the drawing to show 3 fittings rooms in total to be amended to fit the new sizes (inclusive one of these being Scottish DDA compliant), we can discuss the size requirements if necessary. Conversion of an existing detached house into 2 smaller houses
I am looking to convert an existing 6 bedroom property into 2 smaller detached properties by making a road way through the middle of the existing house to create access to a plot of land at the back of the property. The existing house is quite bespoke so I'm looking for someone who can create visuals and a working layout to turn the single property into 2 aesthetically pleasing detached homes. To keep the build costs under control I'm looking at minimum disruption to the internal spaces so the emphasis really would be giving the 2 new detached properties their own identities from the front rather than it looking like a house that's been cut down the middle. This is also really a viability study from a design perspective so I'm not looking to spend 1000's at this stage. If someone can come up with sensible, attractive designs I would then look at having them developed further to present as a planning application. Consideration would also need to be given to where the stairways would be sited as the idea to split means losing the staircase.

We will need 3 admin control panels: 1-) General admin - We will have a view of registered clubs and players. We will be able to register, remove and edit users and clubs. * Registration of clubs and users (club administrators) * Impersonate a club or player to see how they are viewing your area. 2-) Admin club - For administrators and coaches. Administrators will be able to: * register players and coaches in this control panel. * Administrators will be able to do everything that coaches do. Technicians will be able to: * register the teams. * register the events (training or games). In this event, the coach will be able to upload a video that shows the game in question. * Enter player ratings for each game or practice that takes place. * You can see the evolution of players and teams by the pillars or attributes. 3-) Player Admin - For players, we will have a dashboard that will show the player performance in graphs and an average score for each of his/her attributes. We're in need of a skilled visualisation / designer to create a one page system overview that showcases the different elements that fit together in a smart home. The systems are broken into the following categories: LIGHTING & CLIMATE: - Smart Lighting - Window Treatments (smart blinds + curtains) - Heating & Cooling - Sensing - Wellness & Air Quality HOME & SECURITY: - CCTV - Access Control (doorbells & door locks) - Automation - Alarm and Fire - WiFi MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT: - Home Cinema - Audio - Video - Control The goal is to show how these systems interconnect simply and clearly, with icons to signify the different services (we have icons already that you can see on our site and can be sent over).
