I currently run a successful Accountancy Practice in Essex. I am currently looking for an experienced bookkeeper to work remotely on a Letting Agent's Sage Data. We have just migrated the client from Sage 50 to Sage Business Cloud. We are behind on around 7 months of bookkeeping. I need help with someone to help make my photos into a book that can go on a coffee table. I refurnished my house and want it from the start to finish. I have the photos sorted just need it put together so it can be printed. It’s just for me personally.

I want to mail merge a PDF form to many people at the same time

I have a PDF form that I want to mail merge out to various people at the same time. I also have a sample data spreadsheet with the data on that I need mail merging into the document, and then the PDF form being emailed out to each person. The idea was to convert the PDF to word, then from word mail merge this out (so each person got a PDF with their own details on), each month the data will change, so I need someone to set this up and I can do mail merge each month going forward, the same data spreadsheet details which sections of the form I want to mail merge information into. Also some of the boxes require ticks in them like the title. So if the title is Mr/ Ms/ Mrs it puts a tick in that box, if it is something different then the actual title goes into the boxes to the right. I have attached the PDF and also a sample spreadsheet - I tried converting to word and doing a mail merge from there, but I was struggling to get the information I needed into the relevant boxes Please have a look at the form and see if this can be done before bidding as it isn't a quick 5 minute job to do this! Hi there I am currently marketing two sites that I am attempting to track conversions through Google tag, analytics, and Google ads. Regretfully, I am having the same challenge on both sites. The Google tag is reporting as functioning, however, the key events are not being tracked in analytics and therefore not pulling through to adwords. Basically, I am building a system to support my business. I am in the business of protecting engagements and verbal contracts between two parties. When one party wishes to get into an engagement or verbal contract with the next party, they would normally query to see the portfolio or profile of the other party Which they want to get into engagement with. Based on what they see in the portfolio, they will then decide if they want to be in an engagement with the party. I want a database built to register these parties with ID numbers with the key information needed by anyone querying them to know about their background and history in honoured engagements and contracts. Eg Name ,income base value, how many contracts they have ongoing, how many are completed and fully honoured, how much they currently owe according to all live contracts, as a percentage of their income base value , employed or unemployed, stock on loan, etc The point is to build enough information about each parties dealings over time to help others who make enquiries to decide if they want to get into an engagement or contract with them or not. Naturally there will be different levels of query: basic, important, deep restricting how much information is made available based on the query level and the person being queried must approve first. Either by text or phone or via app Secondly, interface to handle this electronically. The interface that queries or loads information on the database must be such that it can operate from phones by directly going to the website and specifically to the information held about the party who’s card was scanned by barcode or near field technology. It must also work seamlessly in places where the Internet is not of best quality. But without approval (one time code sent via text and email ) the query will not be successful
