Currently, our process is manual and paper-heavy, using multiple documents: standard Application for Credit, Agency Application Form (for Royal Mail tri‑party agency agreements), Customer Service Agreement (CSA – full and form-only versions), CSA T&Cs, and Direct Debit (DD) mandates.
