Telephone Business Development - Architects & Designers

We are a London construction company looking for a reliable and confident person to help us make professional telephone calls to architects, interior designers and other relevant businesses. The main part of the work is speaking to people by phone, introducing our company, building a good relationship and helping us get considered for future projects and tender opportunities. This is not mainly an email or marketing role. We need someone who is comfortable spending the working time actually talking to people on the phone. You do not need to come from the construction industry. We will explain our company, our services and what information you need to communicate. What is important is that you: * have previous experience speaking professionally with customers or businesses by telephone; * are confident, friendly and able to build rapport; * can communicate clearly and professionally; * are comfortable speaking with architects, designers and business owners; * can work from home during weekday mornings; * are reliable and able to work agreed hours consistently. The role is initially around 4–6 hours per week, normally during weekday mornings. Pay: £15–£25 per hour depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus. Experience in B2B calls, sales, customer service, appointment setting or business development would be useful, but construction experience is not essential.

Senior AI Developer / Engineer – Contact Centre AI Projects

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer / Engineer to support the discovery and potential development of two AI projects within a UK outbound contact centre. Our current contact-centre platform is MaxContact. The first project aims to explore how AI could enable us to analyse call recordings at scale for QA, compliance, sales and customer insights, moving beyond our current reliance on limited manual call reviews. The second project aims to explore the use of AI to handle the initial stages of outbound calls, identify non-prospects and transfer appropriate engaged prospects to human agents. We are deliberately not prescribing the technical solution or technology stack at this stage. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on developer who can understand our business objectives, advise us on how these could technically be achieved, explain what would be involved, and potentially build or support implementation of the agreed solution. What we're looking for: - Strong experience developing and deploying AI-enabled solutions in production environments. - Hands-on software development and systems integration experience. - Strong experience working with APIs and integrating third-party systems. - Ability to take a business problem and recommend an appropriate technical solution rather than requiring a predefined technical specification. - Experience with voice AI, telephony or contact-centre technologies would be highly advantageous. - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - UK-based preferred, although we are open to suitable candidates who can work closely with a UK-based remote team. This is initially a discovery and scoping engagement, with the potential for development work to follow depending on the recommended approach.
