E-commerce website including a search by size option and upload
Woo commerce website with all basic functions for any e-commerce store, I have a website which I have found for reference which I Really like all aspects of including the search by size, the layout, product page layout and home page layout. As a company we sell surplus cases from the military and film industry. The website I have included for reference sells the same products, but new. This is a market we intend on selling in eventually but for now are sticking with the used product sector. The website needs to be built ready to handle new and used stock. For the purpose of building the website, copying some of the products from the reference site would allow us to ensure we have all the relevant attributes and filters. Ideally the new stock will just remain hidden until we launch this side of the business in the future. The home page needs a search function similar to that of the reference website, however with a few more options. Each product should have Internal measurements H X W X L External measurements The customer should be able to search in 1 of three ways, External measurements, Internal measurements Or by item size, meaning if they have an item that is 10cm x 10cm x 10xcm it would show all boxes available that this item would fit in As well as the normal features the site needs- - a contact form with photo upload so that customers can contact us regarding any cases they have for sale. - a page detailing the hire of cases for film and tv work for military set dressing with the relevant SEO for such, - Multi currency Product information -New or used -Brand -Internal Measurments -External Measurments -Wheels yes or no -Weight Colour scheme- black and yellow ( subject to change once logo is completed) References Home page - https://www.waterproof-cases.co.uk Product page - https://www.waterproof-cases.co.uk/product/peli-storm-im2950-case-with-trekpak-special-offer Ideally looking for completion within 7-10 days Still working on logo so any help with this would also be appreciated. All work will be carried out via PPh however once a proposal has been accepted communication will be via whats app for speed, but all transactions through PPH as per PPH T&C I have been let down on this project several times which is now significantly over its deadline. The project must be complete by the first week of February

Maison Italic: High-ticket sales for luxury Italian furniture.
Maison Italic is a premier interior architecture and procurement house that brings the world-renowned "Made in Italy" excellence to high-end residential and commercial projects. With a portfolio of over 500 elite Italian manufacturers, we provide turnkey solutions for discerning clients who demand the highest standards of design and craftsmanship. We are seeking a seasoned Outbound Sales Professional to act as our brand ambassador. Your mission is to initiate relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), property developers, and commercial architects to introduce our bespoke design and procurement services. Key Responsibilities Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls to a curated list of potential clients and partners to introduce Maison Italic’s value proposition. Lead Qualification: Identify the specific needs of prospects, ranging from turnkey interior design to bespoke furniture procurement. Appointment Setting: Successfully bridge the gap between initial contact and a formal consultation with our design team. CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status. Brand Representation: Communicate with the sophistication and professional vocabulary expected in the luxury furniture and architecture industry. Required Skills & Experience Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in high-ticket outbound sales or business development. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the luxury furniture market, interior design, or the "Made in Italy" sector is highly preferred. Exceptional Communication: Fluent, persuasive English (additional languages like Italian or Arabic are a plus) with a polished "corporate-executive" tone. Resilience: A veteran mindset—able to navigate gatekeepers and turn "no" into "not right now." What We Provide Legal Backing: You will be representing a brand fully owned and operated by Global Concierge, a registered entity under RAK International Corporate Centre (Registration No: 0149). Marketing Support: Access to our digital portfolio and website (https://maisonitalic.com) to support your sales efforts. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus a highly attractive commission structure on successful conversions/contracts. How to Apply Please provide a brief summary of your most successful high-ticket sales achievement. If you have a recording of a past sales call or a voice sample, please include it. We are looking for the "voice" of Maison Italic. The "Maison Italic" Executive Sales ScriptPhase 1: The Hook (The First 15 Seconds) "Good morning/afternoon, [Prospect Name]. My name is [Salesperson Name] calling from the London/Dubai office of Maison Italic. I’m reaching out because we are currently expanding our portfolio of turnkey interior projects in [Prospect’s City/Region], and your recent project at [Reference a specific project if known] caught our attention." Phase 2: The Value Proposition "We specialize in bridging the gap between high-end architectural vision and the 'Made in Italy' manufacturing world. We represent over 500 elite Italian manufacturers, providing everything from bespoke furniture and lighting to full-scale interior architecture. Essentially, we act as the single point of contact—handling the design, the direct procurement from Italy, and the final installation." Phase 3: The Discovery Question "I noticed on your website that you focus on [Luxury Residential/Commercial Spaces]. Are you currently managing any projects where sourcing authentic, high-caliber Italian craftsmanship has been a challenge or where you're looking for a more streamlined 'turnkey' solution?" Phase 4: Handling the "I already have a supplier" Objection "I completely understand. Most of our partners already have established channels. However, Maison Italic is unique because we provide direct access to the manufacturers that aren't typically available through standard retail showrooms. Because we operate under our parent facility, Global Concierge, we handle the entire logistics and banking tail, so you don't have to deal with multiple international vendors." Phase 5: The Close (The Appointment) "I’d love to send you a digital copy of our latest curated portfolio so you can see the quality of our recent installations. Beyond that, would you be open to a 10-minute introductory call next Tuesday with our Head of Design? We can discuss how we might be able to simplify your procurement for your next project." If Accepted we will need to sign an NDA subject to receiving passport and ID documents and proof of address of the agent. At Maison Italic, we don't hire 'callers'; we hire future partners. While we provide a $300 base to cover your desk, our top performers in this role earn over $1,500 a month. One project close for a luxury villa could earn you a bonus that pays for your entire year's rent.

18 days ago30 proposalsRemoteDigital Marketing Partner for Our Start-up
i-Thrive Well-Being is seeking an experienced UK-based digital marketing and growth partner to work alongside us in a practical, iterative support model. As a growing start-up brand, part of the challenge is building awareness that i-Thrive exists, particularly within our local catchment and among clearly defined audiences. At the same time, the business must generate enquiries, qualified leads, and—critically—confirmed bookings to support sustainable growth. Rather than a linear “audit → wait → implement” approach, this engagement blends fact-based performance review, rapid implementation of clear quick wins, and concurrent strategy development across paid advertising, organic social media, lead generation, and local SEO. This is a hands-on collaboration, not a reporting-only exercise. ________________________________________ Commercial Principle (Important) Paid Digital Advertising = ROI in Bookings For paid digital advertising, the primary and non-negotiable output is return on investment in bookings. Brand awareness, traffic, and lead volume are supporting indicators, but paid media success is judged on cost per booking, booking volume, and revenue impact, not impressions or clicks alone. ________________________________________ How We Expect the Engagement to Work From the outset, the partner will be expected to: • Rapidly assess current performance across paid ads, organic social, website, and local search • Implement immediate improvements to enquiry, lead, and booking flow • Improve clarity of messaging so audiences understand who we are, what we do, and who we are for • Refine targeting, structure, and creative based on observed response • Build a clear growth strategy informed by what actually converts This mirrors how i-Thrive works with its own clients: measure → interpret → act → review ________________________________________ About i-Thrive i-Thrive Well-Being is a UK-based health, wellbeing, and performance business combining evidence-led diagnostics with structured coaching and behaviour change. We work across four domains: • Healthspan, longevity & metabolic health • Sports performance & endurance • Menopause & midlife health • Executive & workplace performance Our approach is underpinned by a proprietary 5-Dimensional Model of Thriving (movement, nutrition, sleep, psychological wellbeing, purpose & lifestyle). We operate between healthcare and wellness in a high-trust, evidence-based space. ________________________________________ What We Do Diagnostics & Measurement DEXA body composition and bone health, VO₂ max, RMR, lactate testing, metabolic and performance profiling — used to inform decisions, not just generate reports. Coaching & Application One-to-one coaching and structured programmes across longevity, menopause, sports performance, and executive performance. Marketing must attract clients who value measured insight and coached behaviour change, not quick fixes. ________________________________________ Physical Presence We operate from a physical testing and consultation facility in Surrey, serving Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and West Sussex. Local visibility, Google “near me” searches, and reputation are commercially critical. ________________________________________ Scope of Support 1. Paid Digital Advertising (Google & Meta) Primary objective: bookings with clear ROAS Includes performance review (spend → enquiries → leads → bookings), conversion tracking validation, campaign optimisation by service line, budget allocation by cost per booking, and ongoing optimisation. 2. Organic Social Media (Audit & Evaluation) Core platforms: Instagram, Facebook Evaluate the strategic importance of TikTok, Threads, and emerging platforms based on whether they materially support awareness, trust, enquiries, or bookings. 3. LinkedIn Launch – Executive & Workplace Performance Evaluate, launch, or reposition LinkedIn for executive audiences, with a clear content strategy aligned to workplace wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable performance. Support B2B conversations and partnerships. 4. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimisation Website, ads, and social → enquiries, leads, bookings. Includes forms, landing pages, lead magnets, Mailchimp journeys, segmentation, and attribution. 5. Local SEO Google Business Profile optimisation, local keyword strategy, reviews, and on-site local SEO to drive qualified local enquiries that convert. ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Experience in health, wellbeing, sports performance, menopause, or executive performance • Comfortable working with start-ups or scale-ups • Strong analytical and commercial mindset • Open to a performance-based or hybrid commercial model • Collaborative, transparent working style UK-based preferred | Surrey-based a bonus Please include: • Relevant experience • Examples of similar work • Your approach to balancing brand awareness with booking ROI • Indicative pricing (initial and ongoing)

Summary Cold Email Campaign Manager – Lead Generation Remote | Contract | Mid–Senior+ Compensation: Competitive (depending on level/experience) If you think most cold email fails because it’s lazy, underpowered, and terrified of complexity — we agree. We’re looking for a full-stack Cold Email Manager who can own outbound end-to-end: strategy, data, automation, deliverability, copy, and results. This is not a “write some sequences and hope” role. This is a “systems work” with measurable outcomes. What you’ll actually own: Designing and running outbound systems from scratch Building smart enrichment workflows using Clay Launching and managing campaigns in Instantly (or equivalent) Setting up and protecting deliverability (domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC) Automating workflows with n8n / Zapier and Slack notifications Writing cold emails that feel human — not templated Using hyper-personalisation (e.g. where someone travels for birthdays, interests, brand behaviour, context that actually matters) Tracking what counts: replies, booked calls, qualified opportunities — not vanity metrics You’ll be expected to suggest better data, better signals, and better budgets when needed. If a campaign needs higher-quality data or deeper enrichment to work properly, you won’t shy away from saying so. This is for you if: You’ve run outbound systems yourself — not just parts of them You’re fluent in Clay, enrichment logic, and data hygiene You understand deliverability well enough to fix problems, not just avoid them You’re comfortable wiring tools together (Instantly + Clay + n8n/Zapier + Slack) You enjoy testing sophisticated angles for high-value leads You’re happy pushing back when marketing is half-arsed and underpowered Bonus points if you get buyer psychology and hate “spray and pray” with a passion. Non-negotiable: Proven experience running outbound campaigns across international markets Comfortable targeting and messaging across different regions, cultures, and buyer expectations Understands that what works in one market often fails badly in another In your application response, right at the beginning, please include "reply magnet". If you’ve only ever sent outbound in a single market, this role isn’t a fit. This is not for you if: You only want to write copy You’ve never touched domain setup or inbox health You rely on generic personalisation tokens You’re uncomfortable suggesting better data, tooling, or budget when required Practical details Contract role (scope to expand) ~50–75 hours/month to start Flexible schedule, some CET overlap Competitive pay based on experience and ownership Time tracking required (clean, transparent, non-invasive)

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who loves ideas, organisation, and learning how businesses really work behind the scenes. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys juggling different projects, solving problems, and building systems, all while being immersed in a creative world, this role could be a perfect fit. You’ll help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving creative world - blending organisation, research, coordination, and proactive problem-solving. You’ll be trusted early, given responsibility, and encouraged to think independently rather than just follow instructions. What you’ll actually be doing Your work will be varied, dynamic, and interesting, including things like: • Managing inboxes and calendars across multiple ventures • Keeping track of priorities, deadlines, and next steps • Light-touch project oversight to keep things moving smoothly • Preparing clear summaries, notes, and updates • Liaising with team members, freelancers, and external partners • Managing inbound leads and working alongside a virtual assistant • Qualifying leads and eventually joining short intro calls • Conducting independent research and presenting findings clearly • Using AI and digital tools to speed up research and decision-making • Exploring new tools, systems, and workflows to improve how things run • Supporting early-stage ideas around products and systems • Handling personal logistics like travel, bookings, and planning • Organising digital files and improving personal systems • Researching personal projects like trips, events, or experiences In short: you’ll help keep both the business and the founder running smoothly - creatively and intelligently. Who this role is perfect for This role would suit a recent graduate or early-career professional from a creative background such as design, arts, or the creative industries. Someone who is genuinely interested in entrepreneurship and how businesses are built. You’re likely to thrive in this role if you are: • Naturally organised but creatively minded • Curious and proactive rather than reactive • Comfortable working independently • Excited by learning in a real-world environment • Keen to be deeply involved in the workings of a creative business The skills you’ll need Essential: • Strong written communication • Excellent organisational instincts • Confidence using tools like Google Workspace and Notion • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy • Enjoys research and synthesising information • Creative mindset with an interest in ideas and execution Nice to have: • Interest in startups or entrepreneurship • Familiarity with AI tools • Basic understanding of how businesses work • Experience supporting a founder or small creative team Why this is a special opportunity This isn’t just a “support role.” It’s a learning role. You’ll gain rare, behind-the-scenes exposure to founder-level decision-making across multiple creative ventures. You’ll be trusted, challenged, and genuinely involved in the reality of building businesses from the ground up. If you want to learn by doing rather than just watching from the sidelines, this role offers exactly that.
