What the Seller needs to start the work
I will need any documentation you have on terms and conditions of employment and the details of the employee that the contract is for as follows:
Name of employee
Location of employment
Date of commencement including any continuity of service
Hours of work
Salary plus any benefits
Holiday entitlement and holiday year
Notice both from employee and employer
Details of pension scheme
Other clauses might include confidentiality, data protection, restrictive covenants, whistleblowing. However, you may wish to include clauses specific to your industry. If so, please forward.
You may choose from essential policies including:
Discipline and Grievance
Absence and sick pay reporting
IT usage and data protection
Health and Safety
A staff handbook will contain all essential policies as well as general information for the employee. Any existing policies will need to be forwarded for information.
