However, I feel there may have been a slight misunderstanding about the PR distribution scope. Our initial correspondence never specified that the press release would be sent exclusively to UK websites. As a primary partner, the AP News network is centered around USA news sites. Despite this, I went above and beyond to request the editors to approve or share the press release with UK-based sites. Regrettably, the final decision on publication is beyond my control.
