I regret to say my experience was unsatisfactory. There were issues with file delivery and adherence to provided directions. Communication was inconsistent throughout the project, resulting in delays that caused me to temporarily lose track of progress.
I had to repeatedly provide the same feedback—such as my preference against gradients—which shouldn't have been necessary. While I acknowledge the technical proficiency with the tools used, there appeared to be limitations in design sensibility and professional client communication.
I will honor payment for time invested, but cannot express satisfaction with the overall effort, communication, progress, or results. Based on this experience, I'm unable to offer a recommendation. I'm particularly confused about having to repeatedly clarify what was previously approved and receiving old logos that weren't approved.

This project began two months ago, and I’ve worked diligently to provide you with a wide range of design options, including over 10 variations for each deliverable (logo, business card, letterhead, and notepad) to ensure you had ample choices. The extended timeline was primarily due to delayed responses on your end, often spanning a week or more between approvals or feedback. Just yesterday, I submitted the final 8 notepad designs and awaited your confirmation to proceed with the finalized files.

Regarding the file delivery, the multiple logo options shared were based on your earlier approvals, with slight refinements as requested. I organized files meticulously to avoid confusion, but the back-and-forth communication and prolonged gaps between responses may have contributed to misunderstandings. I always aimed to accommodate your preferences, including your note about gradients, which I adhered to in all revisions.

I take pride in my responsiveness and quality of work, as reflected in my other client reviews, and I’m disappointed that this collaboration didn’t reflect that standard.
