Operational Efficiency - Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows. - Weekly reporting on all projects for optimal communication with stakeholders. - Writing SOPs, and organizing checklists, documents, spreadsheets, and flowcharts to get everyone on the same page.
