As a Web Landing Page Ecommerce Designer, you will design and produce landing pages, websites, emails, and other web marketing campaigns for multiple direct-to-consumer brands and products across several ecommerce websites. You will collaborate with marketing specialists, copywriters, and engineers to iterate and A/B test visual and interaction design ideas, layouts, and content. Your role will be to continually enhance the performance of these assets across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, using metrics such as sales conversions, click-through rates, opt-ins, customer engagement, and other key performance indicators.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborate: Work closely with designers, digital acquisition marketing specialists, brand managers, and engineers to define visual, interface, and user requirements.
Design and Produce: Create ecommerce landing pages, emails, banners, and online marketing campaigns using Figma.
Translate UI Features: Work alongside visual designers and contribute to the implementation of design ideas, from initial concept through testing and launch.
Drive Creative Innovation: Collaborate with copy and video creative teams to develop new ad creatives for A/B testing and improve conversion rates each week.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Regularly implement and measure A/B tests to optimize design performance for key brand KPIs.
Enhance Customer Experience: Regularly analyze and provide improvements throughout the customer sales funnel, from acquisition to retention.
UX and Interface Design: Partner with visual designers to solve UX challenges, transforming innovative concepts into final Figma prototypes.
Optimize Conversion Rates: Collaborate with the Creative/UX Director to effectively improve conversion rates across various ecommerce channels.
Web Development Support: Develop pages and features within the Wordpress/Elementor environment, recommending additional tools for testing and page-building. Coordinate with backend developers and media buyers to ensure seamless ecommerce functionality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Positive, collaborative attitude
Advanced knowledge of Figma (components, design systems)
Experience with Elementor and Wordpress
Familiarity with web traffic data and user behavior analysis
3 years of Wordpress production and web design experience
2 years of experience designing mobile-first interfaces
Proficiency with HTML/CSS, basic understanding of JavaScript
Experience designing high-fidelity assets in Photoshop and Figma
Knowledge of Web graphics compression and optimization
Experience managing design systems in Figma
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and DIVI framework is a plus
A/B Testing and lead capture experience
UX Design certification preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or a related field (preferred)
