I am looking for an experienced Zoho specialist to complete and refine existing Zoho Forms and Zoho CRM Processes. You must speak good English. I find it hard to understand strong foreign accents. This is not a build from scratch. Three Zoho Forms already exist, are connected to the CRM Contacts module, and the main contact and address fields are already mapped. A detailed workflow specification and screenshots will be provided to those who can evidence their expertise in Zoho Forms integrated to CRM. (Mandatory or we won't engaged your proposal.) The remaining work includes: Reviewing and editing the existing form-to-CRM integrations to fulfill their design intentions Preventing duplicate Contacts and unwanted overwriting of existing data Configuring the our Marketing Status stages Adding conditional Consumer Business Stakeholders routes Adding Defined Choices for Certain Type of Stakeholders Configuring secure identity and business-document submission for our approval and deleting files when approved. Adding the final stages of customer verifications. Creating basic editable CRM email-templates and form auto-responder shells. Some already exist.
