SUMMARY UK based financial planning company, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, requires a tool to analyse live/recorded client meetings using AI. Desired output is a detailed record of the meeting using a structured format, plus an intelligent summary with action points highlighted. System must integrate with Zoho CRM, linking to the client account records and pushing the completed meeting notes to that record. System must be able to store video content permanently in a cloud-based environment, and for that content to be searchable. CURRENT POSITION AND ISSUES All client meetings are recorded, whether on Microsoft Teams or in-person. Approximately 70% are on Teams. Recordings are stored on Microsoft OneDrive or Sharepoint and viewable via Microsoft Stream. Meeting notes and actions are typed up manually via Zoho Forms, saved to our document management system (Virtual Cabinet) and Zoho CRM. Issues are: • Writing up meetings manually is time consuming and not always as detailed or accurate as we would like. • It’s valuable to have extracts of client’s own words on certain topics which is difficult to achieve unless referring to a transcript. • Meeting recordings are not organised by client or easily searchable, they are just stored. SOLUTIONS CONSIDERED There are a range of tools offering this service, including Azoma, MeetGeek, Fireflies and Otter. Having researched the market, none offer everything we need. In particular, none offer permanent storage of the recordings. CURRENT IT STACK These are the systems we use that may be relevant to this project: • Zoho CRM • Other Zoho modules including Zoho Workdrive although this is not substantially used at the moment. • Virtual Cabinet document management system • Microsoft 365 including Sharepoint for non-client related document storage TIMEFRAME We would like to build a solution within the next 3 months. A sample order file is provided for reference during development. The work is remotely. The task is to map our data extracted from WooCommerce as an array type within the QuickFile module. First, you need to make sure that the data format from the WooCommerce module matches the required fields in the QuickFile module. I got the following instructions from MAKE, but struggle to implement them: Setup1 You need to add an Iterator (which you can learn more about here), and an Array aggregator (which you can learn more about here) between your source and target module. The Iterator will take the required items from your WooCommerce invoice and make them into separate bundles. Then, the Array aggregator module will create an array according to the expected data structure of QuickFile by filling out the required fields. For the Item ID in this case we used a default Item ID that covers all items. The last step is to map the array from the Array aggregator into the Item Line field within the QuickFile module. Setup2 Configure your scenario this way, in case you're not using a default Item ID. Following the configuration steps of the QuickFile API Documentation the "Make an API call" module will help you search for and get relevant Item ID. The setup should look like the screenshot below. This step will allow you to map an Item ID variable into the Array aggregator module's Item ID field so that it will always match the ID that's appearing in the invoice. Overview: We are seeking a skilled freelance developer to create a robust website scraper specifically for the following real estate platforms: Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket. The most important portal for us is Rightmove. The primary objective is to systematically capture all active listings, relevant agent information, and images, deploying a strategy that integrates a large (scalable) number of proxies to mitigate the risk of IP blocking. We are looking for a stable implementation that we can just leave to run in the background, letting it produce CSVs for each of the portals, with the following caveat... IMPORTANT: We want this to be a daily feed of all active listings from Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket. That means, for example, if Rightmove set a listing as “sold” on their site, we need that to be reflected ideally within 24 hours in our data feed. That needs to apply to all properties. In other words, we can not have a situation where a property has been sold on Rightmove for multiple days, but this hasn’t been reflected in our feed. IMPORTANT: As an example, Rightmove have around 700k properties active at any given time, so please understand that this is very large volume and fast scraping, and long-term reliability is crucial. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate prior experience handling such volumes, speeds, and requirements, and to be able to unequivocally prove this to us. Additionally, we do also want to be able to match the property listings to full property addresses. This isn’t an absolute requirement of the project but if you have prior experience in this area then we’d like to hear your thoughts. Technical details: You may opt to use scrapy, beautifulsoup, selenium, or whatever you like with this project – but be mindful that there is one section on Rightmove in particular which requires user interaction. This is the 'Property sale history' section. There may be other aspects which require user interaction. We will host the solution ourselves.
