13 hours ago12 proposalsRemoteBuild a Modern Travel Website for World in Frame – WordPress CMS
I am looking for an experienced web developer/designer to build a modern, professional and fully responsive travel website for my brand WORLD IN FRAME. World in Frame is a growing travel content brand focused on authentic travel, local culture, hidden places, viewpoints, street food, festivals and cinematic travel storytelling. Content is currently published across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I already have the World in Frame branding, logo, banner, photos and video content. I am looking for someone to turn this into a professional website that visually matches the existing brand. WHAT I NEED: • Modern, premium travel-style website • WordPress or another easy-to-use CMS • Fully responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop • Fast loading and optimized images • Easy administration – I must be able to add/edit content myself without coding • Homepage with strong visual hero/banner • Destinations section • Travel Stories / Blog • Videos section with YouTube integration • Photo galleries • Travel Guides / useful travel information • About World in Frame • Contact page • Social media links/integration – YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok • Newsletter/email signup ready for future use • Basic SEO setup • Google-friendly structure • Contact form • SSL/HTTPS setup • Cookie/privacy basics • Google Analytics / Search Console ready • Possibility to expand the website later DESTINATIONS: The website is NOT only about Asia. It should be structured so I can create destinations by continent, country and location, for example: Asia Thailand Bangkok Chiang Mai Phuket Europe Poland Krakow United Kingdom London ...and continue adding new countries and destinations in the future. CONTENT MANAGEMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT: After completion I want to manage the website myself. For example, while travelling I should be able to log in, create a new travel post, upload photos, write text, embed a YouTube video, choose a destination/category and publish it without contacting the developer. I do NOT want to depend on the developer for normal website updates. OWNERSHIP & ACCESS: The website, domain, hosting and administrator accounts must remain fully under my ownership/control. Once the project is completed and paid for, I must receive full administrator access and all necessary credentials. I must be able to change passwords after handover and manage the website independently. No ongoing developer access should be required. DESIGN: The website should look modern, cinematic and premium – not like a generic travel blog template. The design should follow my existing World in Frame visual identity. I will provide the logo, banner, photographs and examples. Dark/black visual elements combined with strong travel photography can be used where appropriate. IMPORTANT: Please send examples of travel, photography, media or content websites you have previously created. Please also confirm: 1. Which CMS/platform you recommend. 2. Whether I will have full administrator access. 3. Whether I can easily publish posts/photos/videos myself. 4. What is included in your fixed price. 5. How many revisions are included. 6. Estimated completion time. 7. Whether the website will be optimized for mobile and basic SEO. 8. Whether you can assist with connecting the domain and hosting. I am looking for a freelancer who can deliver the complete website and hand it over ready for me to manage independently.

Event videographer + photo, full day in Warwickshire on 6/10
We're running a one day business conference at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, Warwickshire (CV8 2LD) on Tuesday 6 October and need one person on site for the day to handle filming and photography. This is an in-person job, so please only apply if you can travel to the venue with your own kit. It's a straightforward day to shoot. Eight speaker sessions of 30 to 45 minutes each, and the speakers are seated, interview style (one may present standing). The sessions are recorded on a 1-2 locked-off camera, so once it's rolling you're free to shoot stills and B-roll around it. The day: Arrive approx 8:00am for empty room and venue B-roll before doors Event runs 9:15am to 3:30pm with a one hour lunch Re-frame the locked-off camera between sessions, keep an eye on levels Photography throughout: speakers, audience, networking, venue, details B-roll through the day for use in a highlight reel and future promotion What we need delivered: Raw video files of all 8 sessions plus all B-roll (file transfer or drive) Separate audio files (see audio note below) Edited photo set, full day coverage Audio matters most on this job. The session recordings are being used as learning material afterwards, so sound must come from the venue PA desk feed or lapel mics on the speakers, not the camera mic. Tell us in your proposal how you'd capture it. Editing is not included in this brief (we're handling the session edits and highlight reel ourselves), but if you offer editing, feel free to quote it as an optional extra. You'll need: your own camera kit (4K preferred), sturdy tripod, audio recorder and lapel mics or the ability to take a PA feed, a stills camera, and public liability insurance. Please include 2 or 3 examples of similar work (conferences, talks, interviews or business events) with your proposal, your plan for audio, and confirm you can be at CV8 2LD for 8am on 6 October. Travel costs should be included in your price.

19 days ago47 proposalsRemoteSales role — premium driving holidays (UK based)
Please don’t call me about this role. I’ll contact you once I’ve looked at applications. I run Road Trip Co, a UK travel company selling premium driving holidays. We get a steady flow of inbound leads (people who've already shown interest via our website, WhatsApp or email) and I need someone to pick these up, call them, understand what they want, and help them book their trip. We've got a sales process and script already in place, so you're not starting from scratch — but I want someone who can actually build a genuine connection with the customer on these calls, not just read from a script and go through the motions. Listen properly, ask the right questions, and make them feel like they're talking to someone who cares about getting them the right holiday. If you go through the motions, this won't be a good fit. A fair few of these leads won't pick up first time — so you'll need to be comfortable with that and persistent without being pushy. What you'd be doing: - Calling and messaging leads who've already enquired - Having a proper conversation to understand what they actually want and their budget — sometimes that's different to what they first enquired about, so part of the job is steering them to the right trip, not just the one they clicked on - Taking down all the details properly so I can put together the quote (you won't be quoting yourself at this stage) - Booking a follow-up call with them once I've sent the quote over, to talk it through What I need from you: - Real sales experience, ideally something consultative or high-value (travel, events, cars, property — anything where you're not just pushing a cheap product) - Confident on the phone, genuinely good with people, comfortable with a lot of no-answers before you get a yes - UK based, available to work UK daytime hours In your application, please tell me a bit about yourself — your background, your travel experience or interest if you have any, and why this kind of role appeals to you. I want to hear it in your own words. AI-generated applications won't be considered — I can tell, and it's exactly the opposite of what this role needs.
4 days ago21 proposalsRemoteSocial Media - Videography & Photography
London Elite Youth is looking for a creative, London-based Social Media & Content Lead to work with us on an ongoing freelance basis. We’re looking for someone who can help us develop a distinctive and recognisable visual identity across our social media channels — combining videography, photography, editing and social-first content creation. This isn’t a traditional social media management role. The biggest part of the role will be being present within our football environment, capturing what happens and turning those moments into high-quality, authentic content. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can: • Attend selected London Elite Youth training sessions, events and programmes across London • Capture high-quality video and photography • Film training, coaching, player development, behind-the-scenes moments and events • Edit content into engaging Reels, short-form videos and other social-first formats • Produce high-quality photography for social media and marketing • Help develop a distinctive and consistent visual style for London Elite Youth • Understand how to capture authentic moments rather than relying on staged content • Contribute creative ideas and identify content opportunities • Help plan and maintain our social media presence • Adapt content appropriately for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube • Work collaboratively with us on occasional campaigns and additional creative projects Availability Our programme operates across a mixture of: • Weekday daytime sessions • Weekday evening sessions • Weekend sessions and events There could be activity across approximately two weekdays, two evenings and selected weekends, but we are not expecting the freelancer to attend everything. The schedule will be planned flexibly around the content we need to capture, upcoming programmes and the freelancer’s availability. We’re more interested in capturing the right sessions and moments than simply having someone attend a fixed number of hours every week. The Creative Direction One of our biggest priorities is creating something that feels authentic to London Elite Youth. We don’t want our social channels to look like generic, templated sports content. We’re looking for someone who can help establish a bespoke visual and editing style that becomes recognisable as London Elite Youth. We also want to limit the use of generative AI in the creative process. AI may be used selectively for workflow or administrative purposes, but photography, videography, storytelling, editing choices and the overall creative direction should remain human-led, original and authentic to our environment. The Person You might currently be working as a: • Content Creator • Sports Videographer • Photographer / Videographer • Social Content Producer • Digital Content Creator • Freelance Creative Previous football experience would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your eye, your portfolio and your ideas than your job title. You should: • Have your own professional or high-quality photography/videography equipment • Be confident shooting both photo and video • Have strong editing skills • Understand short-form social content • Understand Instagram, TikTok and YouTube • Be able to work independently • Be reliable and comfortable travelling to different London venues • Be proactive rather than waiting to be told what to film • Have a portfolio that demonstrates your creative style The Arrangement We’re looking to establish an ongoing relationship rather than commission one individual video. Our preference is to begin with a paid trial project, followed by an initial 3-month monthly retainer with the right person. If the relationship works well, we’d like this to develop into a longer-term creative partnership. There will also potentially be opportunities to work on additional projects including: • Player stories • Camps and events • Longer-form YouTube content • Interviews • Promotional campaigns • Behind-the-scenes content • Brand films • Other London Elite Youth projects Applying Please send us: 1. Your portfolio/showreel 2. Examples of social-first content you’ve created 3. Examples of photography 4. Your location 5. Equipment you currently use 6. Editing software you use 7. General availability 8. Your usual day/half-day rate 9. Your suggested monthly retainer 10. What you would propose delivering within that retainer Most importantly, we’d like to see your work. If you have ideas about how you would approach the London Elite Youth brand creatively, we’d also love to hear them.

I'm looking for someone who has expertise at creating stylish, engaging Instagram Reels to put together a Reel from my holiday photos and videos. I have lots of photos and short video clips from various holiday, but I'm terrible at turning them into something that actually looks good - instead all my videos and pics are stuck on my phone to never be looked at again. I'll provide all the raw photos / videos and would like you to select the best moments and turn them into a polished, fun Reel that I can post on my personal Instagram. I'm not looking for anything corporate or overly produced. I want it to feel natural, stylish and effortless - like a really good travel/holiday Reel you'd see from someone who knows what they're doing on Instagram. I can probably provide the soundtrack that would like to to be played to (unless you had suggestions) I'd like you to: Go through the photos and video clips and choose the best ones (though I will go through them an only send ones Im happy with) Edit them together with good pacing and transitions Choose/suggest suitable music that works well with the footage - though I can probably Sync clips/transitions to the music where appropriate Create a Reel that feels fun, stylish and captures the holiday without being cheesy Deliver it in the correct format/quality for Instagram Reels Add in a small intro over the top of the video at the start to say where / when this holiday was. "Marbella Golf Trip June 2026" for example Most importantly, I'm looking for someone with a good creative eye. I don't want to have to tell you exactly which clips to use or how to edit each section, I'd love someone who can take the footage and make those creative decisions for me. When applying, please provide examples of Instagram Reels you've edited, ideally personal, travel, lifestyle or holiday-style content rather than corporate/promotional videos. I have loads of holidays in my photo albums that I'd like to go back on, and also any future holidays. I'd also think about doing a 'Year 2026' at the end of each year to capture all events through 2026. If you can quote as well please that would be great.

I would post it in these places: Upwork Best alternative to PeoplePerHour. You can examine previous work, ratings and relevant media experience. Journalism.co.uk A specialist UK journalism website with a recognised media jobs board and freelance directory. LinkedIn Post the opportunity and search for: Freelance digital PR consultant Travel PR specialist Freelance travel journalist Editorial outreach specialist Creativepool Useful for finding UK journalists, PR professionals and content specialists. ResponseSource Better for responding to genuine journalist requests than advertising a freelance job. It provides media opportunities and access to UK media contacts. Qwoted Allows businesses and experts to respond to journalists actively seeking sources. It is particularly useful for earning mentions and editorial backlinks. JournoLink Designed to help UK businesses distribute stories, find journalist opportunities and pursue press coverage. My strongest recommendation is to advertise on PeoplePerHour, Upwork, LinkedIn and Journalism.co.uk. A legitimate journalist generally cannot guarantee that an editor will publish an article or include a backlink. Anyone promising guaranteed coverage in major publications should clearly explain whether it is sponsored content, earned editorial coverage or a paid contributor placement.

Type: Freelance / trial basis to start (a few hours per week) Location: Remote Budget: Open – please submit your proposal and rate About the role I've developed specialist software for a very niche B2B market: school and nursery photography. The system works on a shared, multi-tenant model (similar in concept to Shopify) — photographers and studios use it to sell their photos online to parents. There are only a handful of companies worldwide offering software built specifically for this market, and the target list in the UK is small and well-defined (roughly 600–800 photographers and studios, ranging from sole traders to multi-photographer companies). This isn't a mass cold-calling job — it's a focused, relationship-led campaign into a tight, identifiable market. What I'm looking for I need an experienced telemarketer to help book demo meetings with prospective clients (studio owners/decision-makers). You'll be calling from a defined, relatively short list rather than working through huge volumes, so quality of conversation matters more than call count. To start, I'd like to run a small batch of test calls so we can both see how the approach lands and refine the pitch before scaling up. What I'd like included in your proposal Your experience with B2B/SaaS software telemarketing or appointment-setting How you'd approach a niche, low-volume prospect list (vs. high-volume cold calling) Your suggested process: research/warm-up, opening pitch, objection handling, and booking the demo How you'd handle common objections (e.g. "we already use a competitor," "not looking to switch software," or "too busy right now / it's our busy season" — we offer full setup support to make switching low-effort, so overcoming this one matters) Your proposed rate/structure (hourly, per meeting booked, or a fixed fee for an initial test batch) Availability for a short call so I can walk you through the product, its USPs, and likely objections before you start About the product (for context) Built from 20+ years of hands-on experience in the school/nursery photography market Sales performance comparable to one of the leading competitor products Key differentiator: significant time savings — one existing studio is already saving 20% on staff time using the software, alongside a range of additional features competitors don't offer We provide full setup support to get new studios onboarded, which helps overcome the "too busy to switch" objection common during their busy season Ideal candidate Proven experience selling or booking meetings for software/SaaS products, ideally B2B Comfortable handling technical/feature-based objections after a short briefing Organised and comfortable working from a defined prospect list rather than a script-and-dial-fast approach Available for a trial run of a few hours a week to start, with scope to grow if it works well If this sounds like a good fit, please get in touch with your relevant experience and how you'd approach this campaign.

a month ago5 proposalsOn-site in Peterborough, GBPhotographer with product experience (technical setting)
We're a deep-tech startup based on Cambridge Heath Road in East London, working on advanced battery recycling. We're looking for a photographer to come to our office for a mixed shoot of technology and materials, plus team photos. We work with battery-grade powders and need someone with close-up/product photography experience, ideally in an industrial, technical, or material-focused setting. Tech photos will include our materials (sheets, fine powders, and liquids), machinery, and a small warehouse-style working space. Our main challenge is that we need the photos to reflect that we’re scaling up, rather than looking lab-scale. As one example, we're thinking powder photographed on top of a barrel rather than in a small jar, or tight close-ups on machinery. Open to your ideas here too. We'd also like a few short (few-second) video clips of the materials, e.g. powder moving in a jar, if that's something you can offer alongside stills. For the team photos, we're a team of 8, and need individual headshots plus a few group shots. We're happy to work with students or photographers building their portfolio, as long as you can show some existing close-up/product work, ideally in a technical setting. Please send a rough quote, either a flat project rate or an hourly rate, plus a separate quote if video is included. Before booking, we'll ask you to confirm you're comfortable signing a short confidentiality agreement (not discussing or disclosing any non-public technical or business details seen or overheard during the shoot) and agree that we own full commercial rights to the final images. You're welcome to use them in your own portfolio, with the exception of any specific images we flag as restricted at the time.

I urgently require a UK accountant to prepare and sign a certificate requested by PayPal for my UK-registered company, Zanzibar Quest Limited. PayPal's exact requirement is: “Provide a certificate signed by a UK accountant or lawyer that verifies the company's source of income/wealth.” IMPORTANT: PayPal is not requesting an audit or certification of the company's statutory accounts. PayPal has not provided a prescribed certificate template or requested an audit opinion. The company's principal source of income is its travel and tourism trading activities. I can provide supporting documentation including: * Company accounts * PayPal transaction history * Business bank statements * Customer invoices and booking confirmations * Supporting travel/booking records * Evidence relating to any material director funding or other sources of funds, if required The accountant would need to review sufficient supporting evidence to satisfy themselves as to the company's principal source of income and then prepare and sign an appropriate certificate addressed to PayPal. Deadline: I need the completed certificate no later than 19 August 2026, as PayPal's submission deadline is 20 August 2026. This is a small, urgent, one-off assignment rather than an audit engagement. Budget: Approximately £30. I appreciate this is a limited budget, so please only submit a proposal if you are able to undertake the work within or close to this amount. Please include in your proposal: * Your UK accounting qualification/professional body; * Confirmation that you are able to sign the certificate; * Your total fee; and * Confirmation that you can deliver by 19 August 2026.
