Hi! I’m looking for an experienced Wix developer to help me set up and launch a clean, professional website for my home-based UK travel agency, Sable & Atlas, using a template I’ve already purchased: https://contactdigitalthem.wixsite.com/travelpage

This is a straightforward build from the existing template design—no redesign needed. I already have pretty much all the copy, branding, assets, and trip content ready to go.

IMPORTANT COPY RULE:
Please paste all copy exactly as supplied. Do not rewrite, shorten, or "improve" any text.

SCOPE OF WORK:
- Part 1: Essential Work
• Template clean-up (removing sample placeholders, default branding, and setting up my brand assets).
• Pages: Renaming template pages and building a few extra core pages (How We Plan, Neuroinclusive Travel, Financial Protection, Booking Terms, 404 page).
• CMS Trip Collections: Setting up 3 dynamic collections for Destinations, Cruises, and Hand-Picked Packages.
• Forms & Contact: Start Planning enquiry form, Calendly integration, WhatsApp buttons, and newsletter sign-up.
• Quality Standards: Mobile/tablet responsiveness, typography, and basic SEO setup.
• Training & Handover: 10 short MP4 instruction videos so I can manage content easily moving forward, plus 7 days of post-launch support.
• Launch: Connecting my domain (sableandatlas.co.uk) securely and publishing.

- Part 2: Optional Extras (Please price separately in your proposal)
• A. Automatic expiry for cruises/packages
• B. Automatic hiding for empty homepage/listing sections
• C. Auto-filled trip name in enquiry forms
• D. Conditional health consent checkbox
• E. Importing launch cruises and packages
• F. Wix Bookings instead of Calendly
• G. Written PDF guide with screenshots
• H. Redirects from old template web addresses

In your proposal, please confirm you'll build this directly in my Wix account, include Part 1 in your fixed-price quote, and provide the training videos. Please also include your itemized prices for Extras A–H.

    CMS Data Import: For the initial launch cruises and packages mentioned in Extra E, in what format (CSV, Excel, or spreadsheets) is your trip data currently prepared?

    Booking Integration: Between Calendly and Wix Bookings (Extra F), which scheduling workflow do you prefer for client consultations?

    Conditional Logic: For Extra D, should the health consent checkbox appear conditionally based on specific trip categories like adventure or neuroinclusive travel?
