Facebook Ads Using Custom Audience
Hi, We've been trying to send out a Facebook ad using Facebook user IDs of our artist's followers in order to promote the rest of our roster. We've successfully uploaded the .csv of IDs which it states worked fine 100% and have prepared the ad. Once the ad is posted, however, we've found that the ad isn't actually posting to any of the Users (we included our own ID in there so as to track whether this would work). We would be able to provide a screenshot of the results of our two test posts.
