We’re looking for an experienced Poland-based media relations professional to lead targeted outreach across the energy, marine, and defense sectors. You’ll be joining one of the world’s leading clean energy and marine public relations firms, working at the intersection of global energy transition, advanced maritime innovation, and emerging defense technologies. Our team supports some of the most transformative companies on the planet as they develop and deploy solutions reshaping a rapidly evolving global energy and security landscape. The initial assignment will be to support a local event in Redzikowo, Poland, announcing the expansion of a manufacturing facility. The event is scheduled for early to mid- August. To ensure sufficient time for review and approvals, all deliverables should be submitted this week so they can be finalized our candidate by early next week. The scope of work for the initial project includes: • Developing a targeted local media list • Conducting media outreach to invite local journalists to attend the event • Localizing the press release and media advisory into Polish for distribution • Securing local media coverage of the facility expansion • Providing a post-event media coverage report Beyond this initial project, and upon success of this project, we intend to engage the selected freelancer for ongoing media relations support in Poland across our industry sectors.
