APP Design & application Expert

I am the Managing Director of a UK based company. Over the past few months, we have been working with a development company to build an app, which is currently around 50–70% complete. This is our first experience developing a product like this. We have also been working with a freelancer, but their experience; particularly in aesthetics, user flow, and overall customer experience, is not at the level we require.
