Senior UX/UI Designer for Modern Web Application

I am looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to create a professional, modern, and user-friendly interface for a web application. The goal is to improve the overall user experience while maintaining a clean, intuitive, and visually appealing design.
The designer will work from the existing project requirements and help transform ideas and functionality into clear user flows, wireframes, and polished high-fidelity designs. The application should be easy to navigate, responsive across different screen sizes, and designed according to modern UX/UI best practices.
The scope of work may include reviewing the current product structure, identifying usability improvements, creating user flows and information architecture, designing wireframes, developing high-fidelity UI mockups, building reusable components, and preparing responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Figma and professional web application design. You should have a good understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, design systems, and modern interface patterns.
You should also be comfortable collaborating with developers and providing designs that are practical to implement. Components, states, interactions, and responsive behavior should be clearly defined so that the development team can accurately reproduce the final design.
