Fire safety engineer for non standard building reg approval

Looking for recommendations for a Fire Safety Engineer (FSE). I’m carrying out a domestic extension/loft project that requires a non-standard fire strategy to satisfy Building Control, because the stairs come down into the kitchen. There is no other way to arrange the stairs. Personally I think an escape ladder down the pitched roof from the loft seems sensible or if not a sprinkler system. I’m looking for someone experienced in designing alternative means of escape for residential projects. Bulk of the project i think is the design of the output document - basically i want a MS forms ( or similar) question set that populates a pretty report, i will need to be able to add my own standard answers to whatever input system is used. The product is a small, moulded plastic item with subtle translucency. Getting that material quality right is the crux of the brief. We should also mention that our full product range is already set up and organised within KeyShot. Ideally, whatever material presets and lighting rig are developed through this engagement could be applied across that existing setup without having to rebuild or re-import each product individually.
