Anchor bolts calculations

We am looking for a structural engineer to perform a calculation for anchor bolts to secure a steel stand to a concrete base.

Result should be what size of anchor bolts use.
And some calculations which proves this.

We have already the design of the steel construction.

Now I have added a specification of the project so please take a look at the attached and let me know if it is still possible.

It is important that the work is made according to international standards because it is going to be used for a large bridge in Denmar.
