I’m an experienced software engineer targeting the UK/EU job market. I’m getting rejected after initial recruiter intro calls, mainly because my spoken English is not smooth and my answers may not be structured clearly under time pressure. I’m looking for a technical professional (ideally 1+ years experience as a software engineer, tech lead, or technical recruiter with engineering background) who can help me improve my performance in these intro calls.
