I am a secure tenant of a registered social housing provider, at a property in , Kent, where I have lived since November 2010. In May 2024, a previous County Court claim afor housing disrepair was settled by way of a Tomlin Order, without admission of liability. That settlement covered issues up to May 2024 only. Since the settlement, further disrepair has occurred, along with what I believe is a breach of the settlement's own terms. What action I would like to take: I want to bring a civil claim covering the breach of the 2024 Tomlin Order, the disrepair and harassment since that settlement, and the related personal injury and psychiatric injury.
