We require a freelancer who can develop these into detailed, construction-ready Autodesk Revit models and drawing packages. Scope of Work The successful freelancer should be able to: * Develop two-dimensional survey drawings and concept information into accurate, fully detailed three-dimensional Revit models. * Produce detailed architectural and construction drawings suitable for manufacture, fabrication and on-site construction. * Model projects using Revit best practice, making full use of Revit’s capabilities including phases, families, materials, schedules and detailing. * Prepare drawing packages suitable for UK Building Regulations. * Produce schedules, quantities, material information and documentation to support estimating and procurement. * Develop models and drawings to a level suitable for construction and fabrication. * Work collaboratively with our design team, incorporating revisions and design development as projects progress. Revit model residential house

I have a full set of existing plans and elevations in PDF format and need them translated into a Revit model that captures all the key architectural elements. It's a single storey property in the UK. I'll provide my companies Revit template file, I can also share a couple of examples of what is expected in terms of output.
