Interior design of an office

I have an office in an apartment that I want to design into a new and modern office with the latest architectural style. This office has two rooms and the hall is separated by a partition. There should be a space for storing documents and office supplies, a space for placing a photocopier, a space for workers to rest, and separate management. We're looking for someone to retouch and edit architectural photographs. This is a two-part brief, please see below: Brief #1 1 photo to be edited (this photo is priority and will require a quick turnaround).
