I’m looking for an architect to prepare architectural floor plans for a residential building. If you are interested, I can share a detailed design brief.

The approximate floor plate area is 280 sqm per floor (2nd and 3rd floors).

Scope of work (summary):

- Propose an optimized layout for the 2nd and 3rd floors
- Target unit mix: 4 two-bedroom apartments per floor
- The CAD perimeters and one building section will be provided and must be strictly respected (no perimeter changes allowed)

    Thanks for sharing the details. I’d definitely be interested in this project. I’ve worked on residential layouts where the CAD perimeters and design constraints had to be followed strictly, so working within a fixed envelope while optimising the plans is something I’m comfortable with.

    Preparing the two floor layouts and proposing a simplified neo-classical facade concept based on the provided references sounds clear. I can deliver the final drawings in DWG with PDF exports as well.
