Sketup model/architectural design

I am after a model to be created in sketup. I have ideas and a previous model i can send for reference. It it a small residential building . A garage being converted and extended into a Pilates studio. I am also looking to build a relationship with someone to help the growth of my business. I am currently carrying out simple designs and models my self but it's quite time consuming and would be great to work with an expert!
