Country-specific instructions—including official data sources, extraction procedures, field mappings, crawling rules, technical requirements and output specifications—are provided in the corresponding annexes. Each annex forms an integral part of this methodology and shall prevail whenever a country requires procedures that differ from the general approach described above. VALIDATION Before the project is awarded, please submit a validation sample demonstrating that you have fully understood the required methodology.
