Airtable specialist required to refine and present an existing project-management base for a small UK architecture practice. Deliver three polished Interfaces: a printable A4 Weekly Actions sheet per company; a Project List with workstage actions drawn from shared action records; a two-level Financial Interface (whole-office overview and project drill-down); and a Timetable Interface (calendar/Gantt overview plus project programmes). Preserve all data, retain Project List as master, improve links and formulas, avoid duplicate task systems, test thoroughly, and provide a brief handover - attached image of our BASE in airtable & old spreadsheet output that we previously used

    Could you confirm whether you're using Airtable's native Gantt/Timeline features, or should the timetable interface be built around another view?

    Is the current Airtable base already being used as the active source of project data, or is it still being developed alongside the previous spreadsheet workflow?

    Looking at your current base, my instinct would be to keep the Project List as the only editable source of truth and generate every Interface, Weekly Actions sheet and Job Book from it. Is that also your intention, or do you expect users to edit data directly within the new Interfaces?
