The Initial Task: April to Present Audit
I have a specific merchant that has been overcharging me. I need you to:

Isolate the Data: Access my bank/credit card activity and find every transaction for [Merchant Name] from April 2024 to the present.
Verify the Discrepancy: Compare what was charged against what should have been charged (I will provide the target rate).
Resolve: Call the merchant’s billing department. You will need to navigate the phone tree, speak with representatives, and stay persistent until the overcharges are reconciled and a credit/refund is confirmed.
Future Scope (The "Jack-of-all-trades" Role)
