This will initially be a **six-week role**, covering the campaign preparation, launch and delivery of the challenge. There is strong potential for the position to continue on an ongoing basis after the initial campaign if we work well together. I already have a large library of existing videos, Instagram Lives, teaching content and testimonials. I will also be filming new content throughout the challenge. Your role will be to turn this content into engaging, ready-to-post short-form videos for Instagram and Facebook. ### What You’ll Be Doing * Reviewing and organising my existing video library * Identifying the strongest hooks, moments and teaching points * Cutting long videos and Lives into short-form Reels * Creating multiple edits from existing content for trial Reels and content testing * Adding captions, on-screen text and simple, polished edits * Writing or refining captions for each post * Preparing, scheduling and publishing content across one or two social media accounts * Repurposing previous videos, testimonials and campaign content * Editing new videos filmed throughout the 30-day challenge * Creating content quickly from live sessions and newly recorded material * Keeping the content calendar and files organised so that posts are ready in advance * Monitoring which trial Reels and content angles are performing well This is not primarily a brand strategy role. Book Marketer for Dystopian Sci-Fi Novel – Strategy + Execution
Hi, I’m Mikhail, I’m looking for a book marketer who can build and [IMPORTANT] execute a promotional strategy for my debut novel. I’m open to any approach that makes sense for the book. What I need is someone who understands the book’s positioning and can recommend the right channels, not just run one playbook. The book is ‘Android Against Moscow’, published on Amazon (Kindle, paperback, hardcover). It’s set in a near-future authoritarian Russia and follows an elderly theatre scholar and his domestic android as they steal classified evidence of state-sponsored historical falsification and try to escape the country. The genre is dystopian science fiction with political themes. Written by a Russian émigré living in Germany. What didn’t work: I previously ran an email outreach campaign that sent roughly 5500 emails to a broad list (poorly targeted?). The open rate was above 40%, but no purchases or reviews followed. Several contacts turned out to be genre mismatches – horror reviewers, psychological thriller bloggers – people who were never going to connect with this book. I don’t want to repeat that approach. What I already have: A published book. Some audiobook chapters. A prologue video on my YouTube channel. Graphics. What I need is someone who knows what to do with all this stuff. https://www.amazon.com/Android-Against-Moscow-T-Woods/dp/B0GYYZFBQ5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rh45nAewfjU About the book’s audience: I’m not an expert, but this is probably not mainstream commercial fiction. AI says that the readers who’d love this book are people who read Zamyatin, Orwell, Huxley, Philip K. Dick, Kazuo Ishiguro’s ‘Never Let Me Go’. They care about surveillance, AI consciousness, authoritarianism, and what happens to individuals caught inside political machinery. The marketing needs to find those readers specifically, not cast a wide net and hope. One more thing: the androids are inspired by the game ‘Detroit: Become Human’. I changed the shape of those LEDs, but the Detroit fans will immediately recognise them. But Kara’s story is totally different from Dasha’s. In your proposal, please tell me: What strategy would you recommend for a book with this profile, and why? What channels would you prioritise? Whether you’ve marketed books outside mainstream American commercial fiction, particularly anything with international, European or Russian themes. How you handle reporting and communication. How you structure your pricing. Budget is negotiable. I’d rather invest in a focused strategy that reaches the right readers than pay for volume that reaches no one. I realise that you don’t have time to read all the works. Feel free to ask for a review copy. You may feed it to AI (Claude and Gemini are the most practical helpers in this regard), and I’ll tell you what the machine got right.
21 days ago38 proposalsRemoteWEB app to Native App conversion (Not wrapped)
I have a web app (Zekko Golf, a golf scoring/game app) built in Base44. I need it published as a native app on the Apple App Store and Google Play, with RevenueCat handling in-app subscriptions and one-time purchases. All RevenueCat and store-side configuration is already complete — this is a native build, SDK integration, testing, and submission job, not a build-from-scratch. You must have a Mac with Xcode (for iOS) and Android Studio. Important context (please read before quoting) The app currently lives in Base44, which does not allow native plugins in its managed build. The app needs to be exported (Base44 supports GitHub export) and built as a native Capacitor project. A previous wrapper attempt was rejected by Apple under Guideline 4.2 (minimum functionality). You must be able to ensure the app has enough native substance to pass App Store review. Please explain your approach to this. Phase 1 — Paid assessment first (small, ~1–2 hours) Before committing to the full job, I'd like you to: Export the app from Base44 (GitHub) and confirm it builds as a workable Capacitor project. Confirm it can be made to pass Apple Guideline 4.2. Give me a fixed quote for the remaining work (Phase 2).

Tier 1 Media Placements Partner
We are building a vetted supplier roster for legitimate feature articles, contributed articles, interviews and brand profiles on established Tier-1 business, finance, technology and news publications. Priority publications include: • Forbes • Fast Company • Inc. • TechCrunch • WIRED • Entrepreneur US • VentureBeat • BBC • The New York Times • Financial Times • The Wall Street Journal We are also interested in comparable national and global Tier-1 publications in these sectors. We are not looking for generic press-release syndication, unnamed "DA 50+" sites, private blog networks, link insertions or publication claims without evidence. If your route is paid, sponsored, contributed, partner content, regional, syndicated or earned-media outreach, state that clearly. Do not describe paid placement as earned editorial coverage. For outlets such as BBC, The New York Times, Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal, clearly distinguish genuine editorial outreach from any paid, partner or syndicated route; guaranteed editorial coverage claims will require exceptional proof. For EACH website you can genuinely offer, include: 1. Exact domain, country edition, vertical/section and publication type. 2. Your all-in price and currency for one article. 3. Three recent live sample URLs delivered through the same author, contributor or publishing route, preferably from the last 90 days. 4. Exact link treatment: dofollow, nofollow, sponsored, UGC, redirect or no link. State any disclosure label. 5. Whether we/client supply the article, you write it for approval, or both options are possible. Include word count and revision limits. 6. Realistic time from approved brief/content and payment to live publication, including editorial review. 7. What happens if the article is rejected, delayed, edited materially, removed or the link changes. Include refund/replacement terms and minimum live period. 8. The named author profile or contributor route used, plus any restricted industries or topics. 9. Your PeoplePerHour track record for comparable placements. We will independently verify every sample, author route, disclosure and link attribute before selection. We expect to begin with test placements and build an ongoing relationship with suppliers who provide accurate information and consistent quality. Please quote each publication separately. A generic proposal without exact domains and live samples will not be shortlisted.

AI IMAGE PIPELINE - CONTRACT ComfyUI, LoRA training, ControlNet. Ongoing work. We're a UK educational publisher producing a large illustrated fiction list for schools. We need someone to build and run an image generation pipeline for it. THE WORK Each book series has its own visual style, defined by a written style guide and a small set of reference images. Your job is to turn that into a repeatable engine: train the style, lock it, and produce around 110 print-ready images per series to a supplied brief. The images are composed to a page layout, so composition is directed, not left to the model. Each one has a specified size and a specified job on the page. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO - Build custom ComfyUI workflows at graph level. Not just run other people's. - Train LoRAs properly. Dataset curation, captioning, hyperparameters, and knowing when a model has overfit. - Control composition with ControlNet, depth, pose and regional prompting. - Inpaint and repair to a print standard. - Script and batch with Python. This is volume work and it cannot be done by hand in a GUI. - Prepare for print: 300dpi, upscaling, CMYK, colour management. - Document what you build, so someone else can run it. WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR - Midjourney-only. We need training and control, not a closed system. - Prompt engineering as a job title. - A beautiful portfolio of one-off images. One stunning picture tells us nothing about producing 110 consistent ones. THE TEST Paid. We send you a style guide and five reference images. You send back six images in that style: a rope, a hand holding a coin, a boat, and three we'll name. We are not judging how good image one is. We are judging whether image six matches it. STRUCTURE First engagement is fixed scope: build the workflow, prove it on one series, document it. Hourly/daily work follows once the machine exists and we know what it needs. RATES - Free simple test: - Build: fixed fee, - Hourly or daily rate thereafter: TO APPLY Send: 1. A workflow you have built, and a short note on what problem it solved 2. A LoRA you have trained, with the dataset approach you used 3. A set of images showing one style or character held across at least six outputs

Linkedin Content Strategist & Daily Engagement Partner
I’m the Retail Director at a UK-based freight forwarding company. I want to build a strong, authentic personal brand on LinkedIn in the freight, logistics and supply chain space — with a particular focus on retail sector challenges and solutions. My goals: • Become a recognised voice and thought leader • Grow my follower base with the right people (retailers, supply chain/procurement professionals, logistics peers, decision-makers) • Increase meaningful engagement and inbound opportunities • Stay super active and visible in a smart, sustainable way I already create my own posts and graphics. I’m looking for a strategic partner who will guide the “what” and “when”, while also handling the heavy lifting on daily engagement. What you’ll be responsible for: 1. Content Strategy & Storyboarding Develop clear content pillars tailored to a Retail Director in freight forwarding. Create weekly/bi-weekly content calendars with post ideas, recommended formats (carousels, text, polls, short video, documents, etc.), strong hooks, and calls-to-action. Provide outlines or suggested copy (I will write the final versions and create all graphics). 2. Posting Schedule & Activations Recommend the best days/times for a UK B2B audience in 2026. Advise on LinkedIn algorithm best practices, what “activations” actually move the needle (polls, carousels, series, commenting strategies, etc.), and how to maximise reach and engagement. 3. Daily Niche Engagement (core part of the role) Thoughtfully comment on 20–50 relevant LinkedIn posts per day in the freight, logistics, supply chain, retail, and import/export space. Comments must be high-quality, value-adding and non-spammy (sharing insights, asking smart questions, adding perspective). This is manual work only. The goal is visibility, relationship-building and algorithm love. You’ll report on activity and results. 4. Follower Growth & Overall Strategy Give ongoing advice on profile optimisation, networking, content repurposing, and how to best use my current Botdog automation tool alongside organic activity. Help me market myself effectively and accelerate follower growth in a compliant way. 5. Reporting & Collaboration Weekly or fortnightly check-ins (Zoom or async) to review LinkedIn analytics, discuss what’s working, refine the strategy, and plan ahead. Track progress against clear KPIs (follower growth, engagement, profile views, quality of comments, etc.). What I will handle: • Writing and publishing all final posts + creating graphics • Day-to-day posting on my profile • Giving you any sector-specific insights you need Ideal freelancer: • Proven experience helping B2B executives or professionals grow their LinkedIn presence through content strategy + daily engagement (please share real results or case studies). • Strong understanding of current LinkedIn best practices (2026 algorithm, personal branding, what actually works for B2B service/industry profiles). • Excellent at crafting professional yet conversational B2B content ideas — especially in freight, logistics, supply chain or retail (prior experience in these sectors is a big plus). • Reliable and disciplined with daily engagement work. You enjoy being active on LinkedIn and know how to comment in a way that builds genuine connections. • Comfortable working with or advising on tools like Botdog. • UK/EU timezone preferred (or very flexible). • 100% committed to staying within LinkedIn’s Terms of Service (manual, high-quality commenting only — no automation for comments). How we’ll work: This is an ongoing role. I’d like to start with a 4-week trial, then move to a monthly retainer if it’s a good fit. Please include in your proposal: • Why you’re the right person for this (and any relevant niche experience) • Your approach to daily commenting (include 2–3 examples of strong vs weak comments in a B2B context) • 3–5 suggested content pillar/theme ideas specifically for a Retail Director in freight forwarding • A sample 1-week content idea list (5–7 post concepts) • Your proposed weekly time commitment and rate (hourly or monthly package) • Links to relevant work, portfolio, or your own LinkedIn profile so I can see your style and results Indicative budget: £800 – £1,100 per month (depending on experience, hours and results). Quality and reliability are more important than the lowest price. Realistic proposals welcome. I’m looking for a long-term partner who is proactive, strategic, and excited about helping me become consistently visible and valuable on LinkedIn. Looking forward to your proposals
