The building types should be 4 stories, with parking around the building (not inside the building itself), and the unit sizes should be made as small as possible to fit within the land per the constraints below. There are 2 other constraints: 1. There is an earthquake fault line (shown in the map). The building can't be on the fault line, and there has to be a 50-foot offset in both directions from the fault line. Parking or roadways are okay to be on the fault line. 2.
