We need a custom testing application to replace our current Excel-based workflow, which uses 16 client-specific worksheets and embedded formulas to analyse pressure-test data imported from a data logger. The software should capture test details, display GPS locations on a map, and support taking or uploading photos. It must import Excel data, generate graphs and analysis, and automatically determine pass or fail against relevant industry standards. Users should be able to edit and save incomplete tests for a defined period. On completion, the app must generate a PDF matching our existing workbook layout and support delivery to OneDrive or an email address. Also complex formulas within the excel spread sheet would need to be imported to allow excel import to produce graph, pass or fail tests as per industry guidance. If formula is easy to re create or easy understood by bidder, we would be looking for other testing standards to be then written into this
