Description
We are looking to get to the next level by introducing an AI legal drafting and reviewing agent based on UK law, which will help customers cut cost and optimise drafting legal agreements, optimising existing contracts and manage signatures and storage from a central secure document bank within our platform.
Please read the attached Strategy and Commercialisation plan which includes current website/brand redesign and relaunch, AI platform development and deployment and ongoing SEO and social marketing services.

Hi,
One point I'd like to clarify is how you envision the AI contract review working at launch. Do you already have a preferred AI provider and a set of lawyer-reviewed contracts for testing, or would you expect us to recommend the AI architecture and establish the evaluation process during discovery?
I look forward to discussing together.
Best Regards. -

One question: do you want the checker to compare contracts against your own 200+ template library and a clause standard that your lawyers sign off on, or should the first version rely on a model plus a checklist you approve?

It is clear a lot of thought has gone into it, and I would like to give you an accurate proposal rather than a rushed one. Before I do, I have a few quick questions so I can match my work to what your budget is meant to cover.
First, is the budget of £2,500 intended for the whole roadmap, or for the first stage only, which I understand to be the redesign and the launch of the core service with subscriptions and document templates? The full plan covers a lot of ground, so I want to be sure we are both picturing the same starting point.
Second, for the AI contract checker and the solicitor review feature, are you planning to connect an existing AI service and a ready-made payment setup, or would you like these built from scratch? I am comfortable delivering the technical side, and knowing your preference helps me suggest the most sensible route.
Third, who will provide the content for the 200 or more document templates and the legal wording? If that is already prepared, it makes a big difference to the time needed.
Finally, is the ongoing search and social marketing meant to be part of this budget, or handled separately as a monthly service once the site is live?
Once I understand these points, I can suggest a clear first stage that fits your budget.
Regards,
Robert. -

Would you like the first conversation to concentrate on *Phase 1 scope, existing codebase/website constraints and what should genuinely be MVP versus deferred to Phase 2*?
