Video Editor Needed for Weekly Vlog Series
Job Description: We're looking for a reliable video editor to join our team on a long-term, ongoing basis for a weekly vlog series. This is steady, recurring work, not a one-off project. We already have a great editor at this price who been with us long term but are looking to scale the content out a bit faster with the help of a new partner. The role: You'll receive raw footage from up to 4 different cameras per vlog (phones and action cam), organized and named so it's easy to follow the correct order. You'll cut it into a polished, engaging vlog following our style and instructions. Our workflow: 1. All organized footage is placed in a shared folder 2. Editor downloads all footage and sends a first draft with NO EDITS just raw footage in chronological order (only takes a few min) 3. We send over clear editing instructions including music selection and cuts (basic things like cut dead space, captions, occasional overlay or sound effect) 4. Editor creates the second draft and sends over 5. We send over final edit instructions and review 3rd draft 6. Editor exports final project in 4k Pay: $15 per completed vlog, flat rate. This is paid per video, not per hour, so faster and more efficient editors naturally earn more per hour worked. We increase this rate over time based on speed, communication, reliability, and edit quality.

I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1. Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2. Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 200 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. Also, before any work commences I would ask you to sign a simple NDA for idea protection. Thank you. **Important note: Important clarification about CAD and digital work: I am not preventing anyone from using CAD, digital modelling, computer renders or any other tools they feel are useful in producing the physical model. Use whatever methods you need or want to use behind the scenes. However, I do not want excessive time spent perfecting polished digital renders, and I do not want to be charged for hours of digital work that I have expressly said I do not require. Any digital work should be kept to the minimum in what is genuinely needed to create the physical prototype accurately. The work I am commissioning and paying for is the physical rough prototype, not a beautiful computer render. Also as I said I am not looking for perfection I am looking for a rough physical model that won't win any awards on beauty.

Fundraising and Social Media Introduction and Campaign
Project Brief: Fundraising and Social Media Campaign for New Website Launch We are a new organization preparing to launch our website and establish our online presence for the first time. While our digital platform is new, our organization is already locally established in the United States. Before going live, we are seeking support for two key priorities: strengthening our fundraising efforts and creating a consistent, professional social media presence that supports awareness, engagement, and long-term growth. Project Objectives Improve and expand our existing GoFundMe fundraising campaign to support our awareness program. Develop a unified social media presence across the platforms we have selected for outreach and engagement. Create promotional content that clearly introduces who we are, what we do, and the purpose of our organization. Produce materials that can be used for social media promotion, investor outreach, and fundraising communications. Scope of Work The selected freelancer or agency will first focus on fundraising strategy and promotion. This includes reviewing the existing GoFundMe campaign, identifying opportunities to improve messaging and visibility, and helping us reach the right demographic and marketplace. The fundraising work should be closely aligned with the development of social media content and campaign materials. In addition, we need support creating a more polished and consistent brand presence across our social media channels. We already have most of our social media platforms set up and have begun building an audience, but we need professional templates, messaging, and content that can be used consistently across channels. Key Deliverables Review and recommendations for improving the current GoFundMe fundraiser. Fundraising messaging and promotional strategy for the awareness program. Social media templates that can be used across selected platforms. A short introductory video explaining who we are, what we do, and our organizational goals. Content suitable for social media, fundraising outreach, and potential investor communications. Short sample snippets or examples of the types of conversations or interactions that may take place on the website. Budget The budget for Phase One is $350. This phase will focus on improving the fundraiser, creating foundational campaign materials, and establishing a more uniform social media presence. Proposal Requirements Please submit a proposal outlining your relevant experience in fundraising, social media campaign development, content creation, and audience engagement. After reviewing submissions, we will provide additional details, confirm the timeline, and discuss next steps with selected candidates. Thank you for your interest and for submitting your bid.

Hi I am currently looking for a designer to help create a digital guide for a new business in the education sector, and I wondered if this is something you would be interested in working on. The guide will be approximately 20 pages. All of the written content is already complete and is currently in a Word document. I am looking for someone who can take that content and create the full guide for me in Canva. This would include designing the guide, transferring the written content from my Word document into Canva, formatting it and laying everything out into a polished, finished booklet. I already have the branding in place, including: * Brand colour palette * Logo * Brand fonts * Professional photography * Clear visual direction for the overall style I am looking for something clean, elegant, professional and premium, with plenty of space and a clear, easy-to-read layout. As the business works within early education, it should feel warm and approachable without looking overly childish. I would prefer to avoid generic illustrations, clip art or overly colourful educational graphics. The finished guide would include: * Front cover * Contents page * Approximately 20 pages in total * All written content transferred from my Word document and formatted within the guide * A selection of different but consistent page layouts * Clear headings and text hierarchy * Professional photographs incorporated where appropriate * Page numbers/footer * Consistent branding throughout I would like the finished guide to be created in Canva and fully editable, so that I can make small changes myself afterwards. Ideally, the design and page layouts could also be reused as the basis for future guides. Once I have found the right person to work with, I can share the full Word document, brand assets, professional photographs and my existing website so that you can get a really clear understanding of the brand, overall style and look I would like the guide to follow. At this stage, would you be able to give me an approximate total cost and estimated number of hours you would expect this project to take? If possible, I would also love to see an example of a similar guide, booklet, brochure or multi-page document you have designed previously. Many thanks, Rachel

KDP EBOOK and PAPERBACK FORMATTER NEEDED.
I am self-publishing a professional book about my own acting technique through Amazon KDP and am looking for an experienced book formatter/typesetter to prepare the finished manuscript for both ebook and paperback publication. This is not a request for editing or rewriting. The manuscript is my own work. I need an experienced book formatter who can take the completed manuscript and turn it into a professional, polished, consistent book suitable for Amazon KDP. It contains: Multiple chapters Practical exercises Exercise instructions Headings and subheadings Lists and structured material Illustrations QR codes linking readers to accompanying exercise videos Front matter and back matter Author information and supporting material The current manuscript is approximately 42 pages of content, but I expect it to grow to approximately 60 pages once the remaining material, illustrations and supporting sections are added. The final page count is therefore not yet fixed. WHAT I NEED I need the book professionally formatted for: 1. Amazon Kindle ebook and 2. Amazon KDP paperback I would like the ebook formatting established first so that we have a consistent professional typographic and visual system, which can then be adapted appropriately for the fixed-layout paperback. PAPERBACK FORMATTING The paperback needs to be genuinely KDP-ready, not simply a Word document converted to PDF. You will need to deal professionally with: Page size and margins Typography Chapter openings Heading hierarchy Exercise headings Subheadings Page breaks Page numbering Headers/footers where appropriate Illustrations Captions where required Lists and instructional material QR codes Front matter Back matter Table of Contents Consistency throughout the book The final paperback should look like a professionally published specialist book, not a self-published document. QR CODES & VIDEO LINKS The book contains QR codes linking readers to animated exercise videos. For the paperback, these will be presented as QR codes that readers can scan with a phone. For the ebook, I would like the corresponding video destinations handled as clickable links/buttons where supported, rather than relying on QR codes alone. Please explain how you would handle this. EBOOK Please tell me exactly which ebook format(s) you can supply and whether you prepare the file specifically for Amazon Kindle/KDP. I want the ebook to reflow properly rather than simply being a PDF of the paperback. The typography, headings, illustrations and links should work properly across different Kindle screen sizes. IMPORTANT – THIS IS NOT AN EDITING JOB I am not hiring an editor to rewrite the book. The content and wording are mine. ILLUSTRATIONS I am currently finalising the interior illustrations. The formatter will need to be comfortable positioning illustrations professionally within the text and ensuring they reproduce correctly in both the ebook and paperback. The illustration style and number of illustrations are still being finalised, which is why I need someone experienced enough to make sensible layout decisions. FIXED FEE £175 fixed fee for: ebook + paperback/KDP interior formatting I am looking for a fixed project price rather than a price that continually increases according to page count, provided the final book remains within this approximate range and the agreed scope. Please state clearly what is included in your £175 quotation. I would also like the quotation to include at least two rounds of reasonable revisions/corrections. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF... I am particularly interested in seeing examples of: KDP paperback interiors Kindle/ebook formatting Non-fiction books Educational/instructional books Books containing illustrations Books with QR codes or hyperlinks Please don't send me examples of websites, logos, social media graphics or general Canva work. PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS How many KDP books have you formatted? Can you format both Kindle ebook and KDP paperback? What software do you use? Can you provide the final KDP-ready files? How would you handle the QR codes for paperback and clickable links for ebook? How do you handle illustrations in both formats? Please show me 2–3 examples of actual book interiors you have formatted. Does your £175 quotation include both formats and two rounds of revisions? How long would you expect the completed formatting to take once I supply the final manuscript? FINAL NOTE This is a project I care about enormously and I want the finished book to look professional, coherent and genuinely publishable. I am looking for someone who understands book design and KDP production, rather than someone who simply knows how to make a document look attractive in Word or Canva. If you have the right experience, please send examples of your actual book-formatting work and a fixed quotation. Thank you.

My audience includes: CTOs CFOs Heads of Data / Reporting / Finance MSP owners and directors Technology and consulting leaders The topics will mainly cover: Data strategy Data engineering AI and analytics Microsoft Azure Databricks Power BI / BI strategy Working with MSPs Building data platforms Lessons from consulting and client delivery Founder / consultancy experiences Practical observations about technology projects You do not need to be a data engineer, but you should be comfortable interviewing technical people and turning technical ideas into content that business leaders can understand. What I need Initially, I would like someone to: Have a 30–45 minute content call with me every 2 weeks. Extract ideas, stories and opinions from those conversations. Create a structured LinkedIn content plan. Write approximately 2 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week. Develop a consistent writing style and tone that sounds like me. Suggest strong hooks and angles for posts. Balance educational content, opinions, founder experiences and commercial insight. Identify opportunities to turn conversations, client situations and industry developments into content. Review post performance and gradually improve the content strategy. There may also be opportunities later to help with: LinkedIn carousels Simple post graphics Case-study content Newsletter/article content Profile optimisation Content scheduling Comment / engagement strategy Writing style I am not looking for overly polished corporate marketing copy. The content should feel: Human Experienced Credible Conversational Practical Commercially aware Occasionally opinionated Easy to understand I want the content to demonstrate expertise without constantly selling. Here are 7 trends you need to know.” The best content will come from real experiences, real projects, observations and strong points of view. Ideal freelancer You will ideally have experience working with: B2B founders Consultants Technology executives SaaS companies Data / AI companies Professional services firms MSPs or IT services companies Previous experience ghostwriting for founders or executives on LinkedIn is highly desirable. When applying Please send: 3–5 examples of LinkedIn posts you have written, ideally for founders, consultants or technology leaders. I will provide a short voice note, call transcript or explanation of a topic. I would then like you to turn that into 2 different LinkedIn posts with different angles. The objective of the test is not just to assess writing quality. I want to see whether you can identify the interesting idea behind what I am saying and turn it into content that sounds natural and credible. Ongoing engagement If we work well together, I am looking for an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off project. The objective is to build a strong founder-led LinkedIn presence over the long term, with consistent content that generates conversations, relationships and ultimately opportunities for the business.
13 days ago26 proposalsRemoteShort-Form Video Editor - TikTok, LinkedIn & Instagram
We are looking for a talented, reliable short-form video editor to work with us on an ongoing basis, creating social content for the founder of an established international luxury real estate business. This is not traditional corporate video editing. We are developing a personality-led social presence focused on TikTok and LinkedIn, built around expert opinion, property, business insight, storytelling and nearly five decades of experience in the luxury real estate industry. What we need: We will provide professionally filmed or high-quality raw footage, typically including: Interview-style conversations Off-camera questions and answers Direct-to-camera commentary Property walkthroughs Reactions to property and market news Longer conversations from which multiple short-form videos can be extracted We need an editor who can turn this footage into engaging, polished short-form content, generally between 30 and 90 seconds. You should be confident identifying the strongest hook within raw footage rather than simply editing clips in chronological order. The editing style: We are looking for content that feels: Premium but social-first Fast enough to retain attention without feeling frantic Confident and editorial Natural and personality-led Clean rather than over-produced Think strong opening hooks, intelligent cuts, excellent subtitles, subtle punch-ins, relevant B-roll and graphics where they genuinely add value. We do not want excessive transitions, emojis, gimmicky effects, meme editing or content that feels like someone is trying too hard to “do TikTok”. The personality and expertise of the speaker should remain the focus. Volume: This will be an ongoing requirement and potentially a significant volume of content. We envisage initially producing approximately 12–20 finished short-form videos per month, with the potential to increase this. Speed and consistency are therefore important. We would ideally like to work with someone who can turn around batches of content efficiently rather than treating every 45-second video as a standalone production project. What we are looking for - You should have demonstrable experience editing: TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts Founder-led or personality-led content Interview/podcast content Business, property, luxury or expert-led content Experience editing premium brands is useful, but understanding what makes people continue watching a short-form video is more important. You must have excellent written English, as accurate and well-presented subtitles are essential. Our aim is to create a straightforward ongoing workflow: Raw footage → selects/hooks → edit → review → revisions → final exports We are open to discussing the best workflow with the right editor, particularly if you have experience handling high-volume social content. Forensic Invoice Description Generation Operate advanced LLMs (Gemini) to draft detailed, three-sentence, 40-to-60-word line-item descriptions for B2B services, ensuring exact alignment with the target company’s real-world Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code and industry domain. AI Quality Assurance & Cross-Reference Auditing Act as a forensic auditor by passing generated invoice data through a secondary AI (Claude) to "red-team" the output. Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor discrepancies in company names, formatting errors, or repetitive patterns across massive datasets. Tech & AI Fluency: Comfortability working with multiple AI interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) simultaneously. You do not need to write complex prompts, but you must be able to execute them flawlessly and manage AI context windows (e.g., knowing when to start a new chat). Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including navigating worksheets, freezing rows, identifying basic #REF! errors, and strict data entry. Process-Oriented: A proven ability to follow strict, multi-phase Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without skipping steps or making assumptions. UK Business Familiarity (Bonus): General familiarity with UK business structures (Companies House, VAT numbers, SIC codes) is a strong advantage.
