We're looking for a proactive Content & Podcast Manager to oversee podcast production, audience engagement, and content distribution across multiple platforms. Will report to Chief of Community & Content Role Overview: The Content & Podcast Manager will own the podcast lifecycle, managing everything from production and distribution to prospecting and audience engagement. This role requires a mix of creativity, organization, and copywriting to ensure our podcast resonates with the right audience and continues to grow its reach. Podcast Management: Upload podcast files to platforms like Spotify, facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, X, ensuring smooth, high-res uploads and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaborate with our video editor and graphic designer to ensure high-quality final products. (edited podcast episode and designed thumbnail/cover photo. Maintain and optimize our Riverside.fm account, scheduling studio meetings and updating Calendly links for scheduled interviews. Prepare interview scripts using insights from candidate research, Typeform results, and our CRM. Organize and send draft episodes for client approval via private Dropbox links before final uploads. Content Creation & Distribution: Create engaging captions, add appropriate tags, and incorporate trending hashtags. Turn 60-second podcast episodes into 10-second shorts for Instagram, TikTok, and newsletters. Develop video shorts to include in our monthly newsletters to encourage subscribers to view full episodes. Reshare content on our linkedin company page & dedicated website tab to amplify reach and engagement. Collaborate with our SEO expert to ensure copy writing efforts are increasing our visibility across multiple platforms Convert our company blog pages into linkedin articles Boosting & Analytics: Manage LinkedIn boosts for podcast episodes ensuring that posts align with technical video ad requirements of linkedin. Target relevant audiences such as Heads of People, Event Planners, and Executive Assistants through ad. Allocate budgets between $150-$350 per boosted post to maximize impressions and engagement. Track and analyze boosted post performance, compiling insights into actionable reports. Audience Engagement: Respond promptly to content engagements across all platforms, nurturing relationships with our audience. Monitor platform-specific trends and suggest creative strategies for increasing content visibility. Qualifications: 0-3 years in a content management, social media management, digital marketing, or podcast production role. Familiarity with social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Riverside and Spotify. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional communication and writing skills for crafting captions and engaging copy. Ability to analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of video editing or willingness to learn. Creative mindset with an understanding of audience engagement and growth strategies. The platform of focus is Linkedin, prior Linkedin expertise and B2B marketing on Linkedin is a bonus. Need someone to send emails to book a client on podcasts

You will take a spreadsheet of leads, find email addresses and send pre-written emails. You will have to slightly customize each email. We are pitching a client to be on podcasts about health and business.

Photoshop editing

SAMPLE IS REQUIRED!!! I require an expert Photoshop artist to creatively modify facial features and eyelashes in photographs. The goal is to skillfully transform the images making the subjects appear as though they are different people. A test edit is necessary to assess the candidate's technical proficiency and artistic ability prior to accepting the job. Specifically, the photographer needs to be able to seamlessly replace faces to fictionalize the identities in the pictures. Additionally, the eyelash styles must be naturally altered to vary the visual aesthetics. Only a highly proficient digital retoucher with proven experience manipulating human portraits will be considered for this work. Artistry, precision and discretion are of utmost importance as the edits aim to convincingly transform the appearance of the subjects.Candidates must demonstrate their photo editing talents through a sample project reflecting the specified changes before this job can be assigned. The successful retoucher will receive additional similar image editing tasks altering features and eyelashes provided appropriate waivers are agreed upon.

Instagram reels / video editing

I am a photographer and I am looking for a consistent partner to have as part of my team to produce Instagram reels from footage I have captured; both stills and video. I also at times have the need for someone to edit a video that I have shot, say of a wedding album that is in my studio or a client that has done a testimonial for me. Some of the footage will have been shot by a videographer, some will be shot by me (badly!) or my assistant on my iPhone. Jobs vary... on Monday I had about 30 X 15 second video clips to be sifted through and the best edited into a minute long reel and today I have 13 stills that very simply need putting into a short reel. Edit image for printing

I need to alter an image for digital printing on decorative objects such as placemats and trays. I have the image which needs to be redone as we lost the original. It just needs to be copied at good resolution for printing. I have attached the existing placemat I need to have the exact same image and background colour in a rectangle so not with rounded edges.

Hi I need a graphic designer/programmer with experience in book publishing. A background or experience in Scientific Publishing would be an advantage. I am creating a website with paid for scientific educational content - podcasts made in Descript. With each podcast there will be a worksheet and multiple choice self assessment test. These assets will all be available online. I will also collate the worksheet/assessment assets into a book, that will be sent as a hardcopy to subscribers.
