I've thought of an "FM radio station DJ" type image, with a cartoon character, with the text captions "237Hz F.S.O.C. FM", "HAKUNA NET", all in a fun, colorful graphic for printing in the front of a t-shirt. If the character can be based on a real person, that would be cool, but a random, non-descript person would work too.
