UK property developers and investors - Contact details

We are looking for someone to regularly source contacts for us to add to our new business database.

The companies we are looking for are real estate property investors and developers based in the UK. Companies owned/operated by Entrepreneurs.

Some information to help you source these contacts:

1. Investors: holding residential and commercial property for 5/10/15 years to benefit from the net rent and property asset growth
2. Developers: creating/building flats, houses, hotels and offices as ell as other asset types. Assets to be built then retained long term or most likely sold on.

We will pay 35p per email address found that is suitable. Ideally we would like 4,000/month so that would be £1,400 – a good body of work for someone for a year.

In order to find the right person for the job, we have put together a sample document which includes the data (Company name & Director name) of 50 companies we have on our database. We would like you to return a sample of 20 companies and director's email addresses that you think fit the criteria above. We will then check the sample you have created and if it’s what we’re looking for, then you’re hired!
