I have a two minute corporate video for YouTube and web that needs professional sound design and a final mix. The voiceover and music are already in place and will be supplied as separate files. Your job is to bring the visuals to life with sound effects and deliver a polished, balanced final mix. The picture edit is near final, but some motion graphics may still be tweaked after delivery, so the file delivery requirements below are essential. The two selected employees are employed and paid by the India company and have worked with our group for approximately 3–4 years. Instead, we require a legally binding phantom-share arrangement under which each employee may receive a future cash benefit linked to the value, growth or exit value of the UK parent company.
