We need people who will record short on-camera videos (selfie format). I give a script and a video example (mentor/reference). Record label visual identity, artwork etc...

We run two record labels, one established and a new self-releasing one. We are looking for a talented designer with great brand awareness and an understanding of how things should look in the house / electronic music scene to develop a colour palette, fonts, and image style which will define the look and feel of the label and our artwork on the new label. For the established label, we have artwork templates made by a former designer who supplied the template and instructions, but we need someone with the right skillset to work with this template, to create artwork and social media assets from it. After the initial setup of templates for both projects there will be small ongoing edits to account for our new releases, so we are looking for someone who is happy to do small edit jobs promptly as they are needed in future.

I am looking for someone to edit the audio files for my audiodrama based on A Tale of Four Mages written by me. The files will be downloaded from Google Drive and uploaded to the same place. You will need to sign a contract as the product you will be working on is copywritten by me and produced by Dorrance Publishing. The contract will specifically be between you and me (the owner of the rights) This is a long-term recurring project, A Tale of Four Mages has 56 chapters, an epilogue and we are on chapter 8. I also have 12 other books; many are awaiting publication (future work). Your first task will be to arrange the files in order. The files come in chapter sets of 1 to 4. The narrator has been instructed to properly number these files for easier editing. Your second task will be to eliminate noises and mistakes from the narrator as best you can. The narrator is young and a mouth breather, but she is willing to learn and has a good attitude. At this point you will upload the first file, a clean version with no sound effects. Your third task will be to add sound effects as needed to create a scene. Ex; footsteps, bootsteps, magic usage, wind, trees rustling, snoring, etc. Some single scenes may require up to five sounds at a time. Many scenes will need unique or modified sounds, so they are a little different from one another. Changing speed, pitch, volume, etc will accomplish this. Videos will need to be 8-12 minutes each. Videos will need a 20-40 minute build up before the narration and a 20-40 minute breakdown after. Length is determined by the narration length. You will be expected to produce one edited video per two weeks, but this can go up to a video every week once my current publication is finished and I get another narrator. Colour banding fix, posterisation fix, masking for short film

Objectives * The objective of this project is to tidy-up some of the scenes in a short film. Deliverables * To remove or reduce banding in some shots. To remove or reduce posterisation in other shots. And to mask a small object in a couple of other shots. If anything else is spotted during the ‘clean-up’ then we can take a view as to whether it is distracting enough to warrant a tidy up. This may include some colour grading to match existing shots once banding issues etc have been resolved. Timescale * To begin as soon as possible. This should hopefully not be a long process, but it would be important to ‘walk through’ the video with a view to picking up on any other spurious challenges. Much of the video is fine, but when it’s not fine, it is quite noticeable - particularly (as you might imagine) on larger screens. Hopefully everything should be easily completed within a week after the ‘walkthrough’. Spec * Editing to be done in Final Cut Pro if possible. That’s not absolutely essential. However any rendered file would need to be able to be imported and also edited in Final Cut Pro. Files should be rendered in 4k, highest bit rate possible. The file to be edited has already had some grading done. It’s not pro res footage. Context * This is a short zero budget Indie Film. Music, soundscape and pro audio have yet to be added. I’d like to do that after this work is done. The film itself is mystery/spooky/metaphorical and would probably be rated as no more than PG if it were in such a classification system. N.B. Re the aforementioned ‘walkthrough’, I would really like to talk through the film (which is circa 10 mins long) whilst pointing out what is specifically required. To that end, someone based in the Central Belt of Scotland would be preferred. Not absolutely essential but I think things would be smoother, easier, more straightforward that way. Social media creation/posting x2 accounts for HR Consultancy

Hi Hi!! I have unfortunately had two bad experiences with trust and money being taken/services not delivered in the last three years from social media freelancers; so I am understandably wary and hoping that I can find someone to assist with my urgent social media needs. I need time back to focus on the business, specifically someone to take on my social media accounts on LinkedIn and Instagram. I have a niche, a strong personal brand and message. I run an HR consultancy, so knowing the challenges this possesses [selling a service not a product, and the antiquated view of HR], is going to be vital in me finding the right fit. Brainstorming potential [non-exhaustive] needs below: - Creation of posts, carousels and basic videos [I will record the videos] - Posting with appropriate knowledge of times, days and the best way to increase engagement. - Understanding the types of post, which platform and what is trending [incl. hashtags, best type of media on which day/time etc and any new ideas you think would work]. - Editing videos I already have from speaking gigs and podcasts etc to re use. - Cleverness with re-using media / finding fun ways to post and using media I already have [1000s of small to large video clips and imagery]. - I have a spreadsheet with ideas, post themes etc, however I am not a marketing specialist so would need the individual to understand buyers psychology, how to get my posts interacted with, what works/what doesn't. - Ultimate goal of lead gen via DMs / comments on posts and a strong sales pipeline built for 2026. - I am not focussed on likes and followers, however I do appreciate that the bigger the followers, the more my business is seen. - Bonus if you can do email marketing too [one per month]. - Must haves: Great written English, vocabulary, grammar and spelling. We can share a google drive, I am happy to also have my phone photo album for us by both of us for an easy way to share media. I have a lot of media already but no time to work on editing, hashtags and posting blah blah I am VERY open to ideas, taking direction if there is a video you think may work etc., photos you need me to take for a post. I work best being told what you need from me and by when. I am an owner with a sense of humour, and is needed [especially in HR], it can be good when mixed with knowledge-sharing posts and other themes [you would know what works best and when]. I'd like someone to take control who I can trust to log into my socials, create, post and the potential to monitor and even respond like me should the trust and relationship build that way in the future. A monthly retainer where we agree what is required etc is what I need and would like. This could be a long-term arrangement, so getting the right person is key. Trust. Communication and Honesty is my go-to with hiring freelancers. Especially those putting my business out into the world. This includes great written English, vocab and spelling. An agreement with confidentiality is required to be signed by both parties to ensure we are both protected. My budget is between £20-£35 per hour, but all dependant on the person/offering/relationship. Being able to work together is key. I am very busy and ADHD, so need reminding and telling.
