I need an app built

This will be a pretty simple translation app for young people (school age) to use. It will contain English > Scots, and Scots > English translations. There is expected to be around 1000 translations initially, some will have images, some won't. There will also be a couple of sentences describing the word. There will be a voice recognition element so some can say the word rather than typing it, and also a randomly generated Word of The Day which will refresh every 24 hours. I need the ability to access the content myself so I can add / change remove translations as necessary - I'm happy to load up all the words / images / translations myself - I just need the app built. I've attached some visuals as a first draft, I expect they might change slightly before the build starts but this gives an idea of what we're looking for. We are looking for a native German speaker (who is also fluent in English) to review 6 videos that are between 30-50 seconds in length. The videos feature a creator talking about a product in German along with German subtitles. You will be asked to review the video against the German script and approved translated English script to ensure what the creator is saying is accurate and aligns with the approved script. We'll also ask you to review the video subtitles in the video for spelling accuracy. All of the creators we are working with are professionals and speak good English so we don't think there will be much for you to feedback on, this is a final QA step in our approval process. For this first review, we need the work to be completed by Monday 23rd February at around midday (UK time) although we can be a little flexible. This will be something we ask for once a month going forward.
