Hi Michael, before recording the introduction video I’d like to understand whether your current need is mainly long-term client project delivery across varied stacks or support for a specific product/codebase already in progress? Also, beyond technical capability and spoken English, are you placing stronger emphasis on independent client communication/ownership or purely hands-on development execution within your internal team workflow?
